“It was good when we stopped in. Everyone was nice. I have been at better ones. I have also been to waaay worse ones. This one particular is only second to the Gate City location in my opinion only of course.”

“An honest review.... I got the Jagerschnitzel (which was a small portion in my opinion) with fried potatoes and tea to drink. My wife got the gyro with fries and water to drink.We both liked our food .... everything tasted great! The only issue I had was the fact that you only get one side item with the entree unless you spend a couple more dollars for an additional side item. In my opinion...that needs to be changed .....Two side items should be the standard...No?We both got dessert...my wife got the bee sting cake...I think it's called....good stuff! (We shared). I got the Black Forest cake...it was awesome except for one thing.....I bit into a cherry that had a pit in it.....dang ....that hurt ! No damage done so I didn't complain...could happen to anyone. We also paid $2.99 for the tea and $2.99 for the glass of water my wife had. Don't know if that was a mistake or if it's customary but didn't realize it until we got home and checked the receipt.....will I go back? Maybe when the portions are a bit more or another side item is added.....We paid 50+ dollars including the tip......i wish I would have taken photos to share but I didn't....... overall.......a good place to eat !”

“A lot of "self-service" with inside dining which is just fine. But with the menu prices competitive with other restaurants that offer more service, I feel it could be a better experience. The atmosphere is a little "old" and needs a major refresh. There's a lot of empty space inside and so it doesn't feel cozy or warm.”

It's one of the 3 South-Virginia wineries!Indoors they have a large area with tables and goodies, you can get cheeses n crackers n meats to snack on while tasting! The food prices here are expensive, but usually you get what you pay for.Most of the staff here are pretty good. Wait times on orders are somewhat long, but the order quality makes up for that. “My sandwich was great. There were only two people working, and they did an amazing job getting food out quickly. There was a college softball team that came in and the tech department for our school system. The two people working stayed fast, efficient, calm, and polite. They rocked!”

“This particular restaurant is here on the UVA Wise Campus. It was established here to serve the staff and students. But a lot of people do not realize it is also open the public. There are no road signs nor even an exterior sign on the building. Parking can be a little walk but not impossible. Absolutely wonderful staff here as well as delicious food. Now that we've found it we will be back often.”

My wife liked the tortilla chips,"not thick & hard." She had a tamales,enchilada & small burrito. She said it was good & she'd eat there again. The only downside is that it's a little pricey,$42 with tip for my wife & myself. The waitress didn't really understand English,so she had a guy come out who was better spoken.Overall, B+ Give it a try if you're in the Norton,VA Walmart center.Parking: It is located in the Walmart shopping center in Norton,VA. Plenty of parking available.”

I didn't get their name but the person working the drive thru window last night on 03/09/24 was SO sweet and friendly. They were really a breath of fresh air! We did get pulled up because something in our order wasn't ready yet but even the man who brought our food out was so friendly. “Good food. Affordable. The steak strips with mushrooms and onions was a good deal for what you get. If you want some Au jus sauce with your steak just ask and it's free too.The atmosphere inside is too dark and appetizers are too expensive. Just go for the main course.”
