Got my usual chicken basket with slaw and puppies. Delicious and nostalgic. Not a fan of waffle fries so tried the fried pickles. Nope. Too big and not crispy. Regardless I am a lifetime fan of Long John Silvers!!!
Always Wonderful Food and Service in my hometown.
This is normally a good place. Today they missed the mark. Fryer must not have up to temp when they cooked my food. The normally crispy batter was soft and greasy. Hushpuppies were actually flat on the bottom meaning they sank to the bottom of the fryer in the cool oil. Food looked great, just a little mishap. It happens.
