Sloppily put together food. Unable to identify which item was which without touching and opening each and every item; which is NOT sanitary AT ALL when eating with others!! ABSOLUTELY NASTY EXPERIENCE; HOWEVER THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND SMILED THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE GOING THROUGH THE DRI E THRU.Vegetarian options: Wish there were more options because what they do offer is absolutely delicious!
Food is always amazingly priced, order is most always accurate, service is quick and the Customer Service is top notch. Thanks Shakira and Lex for always making myself and my daughter smile each time we come through the drive-thru. Concierge Customer Service is so hard to find, but these two ladies are on point. Their kindness truly does go a long way. God bless everyone at the restaurant! (Norton, Virginia)
