“I eat here regularly with roast beef sandwiches and curly fries with a drink. It's my 'go-to' fast food meal right now. While the food and service is great, I also wanted to take a moment to give a big SHOUT OUT KUDOS to this Arby's location specifically for their generous donations towards the Glade Spring Soup Kitchen. Trust me when I say this; Our community both recognizes and values these contributions.

As far as the restaurant itself, it's always been very clean when I go inside, and the food is always made fresh; I've never gotten cold food from this location. They're also really good about following directions for the smaller stuff- like asking for no ice in soft drinks, or no arbys sauce on a roast beef... that kind of thing. And they are also not stingy with the sauces if you ask for extra (unlike some other VERY CLOSE-BY fast food places do, I won't mention the name.)

“Very clean excellent staff not constantly polluted with white Dodge chargers... Even when one is doing nothing wrong other subways AKA exit 19 being surrounded by local law enforcement is simply annoying. For example I had to replace a spark plug and an impromptu BMW repair... And couldn't even get one of Washington county's finest to hold a flashlight. What happened to public servant?“

“Went through the drive through. Both employees we interacted with were very pleasant, and the food came much more quickly than we were expecting. We ordered two chicken biscuits and one chicken fried steak biscuit, all with hash rounds. All three biscuits were overall good, but it was noticeable that they had most likely been prepared in advance (biscuit edges had started to dry). The hash rounds were fine. We were in and out in minutes, and the drive through was packed when we originally pulled up. Actual FAST food!“

“I went to subway yesterday food was extremely fresh but what made the experience was the 2 ladies working Melinda and Candace were exceptional. They were friendly and made you feel like you were at home ! Will definitely only be going to this subway from now on!“

“The service is slow. I was sitting in the drive thru and was asked to hold on for a minute, while waiting over 3 minutes another car pulled up to the other lane and placed his order. I'm still sitting there waiting to place an order. , I finally said hello to see if there was anyone there to take my order I was asked to go ahead and place my order. . I asked why I had been sitting there for so long waiting and no one was taking my order, her response was well we have two people taking orders. SHE had a no care attitude! This McDonald's has gone way down hill. There is never a 90 second time in Drive thru, no one is never friendly, most of the time the orders are wrong.“

“This is by far the best employment opportunity I have experienced in my entire work history. Loves is an amazing place to work n also to grow in experience n knowledge.
