Just walk up to the window and they’ll get you taken care of. Had a pretty good-sized order, and a worker Zack went out of his way to make sure everything was right. “Stopped for a quick breakfast and the drive through line was long but we got served quickly. We didn't ask for first responder discount but my fiance has a debit card with the NC Association of Rescue and EMS on it (we are both first responders) and the cashier gave us a discount after seeing the card.“

“The service is slow. I was sitting in the drive thru and was asked to hold on for a minute, while waiting over 3 minutes another car pulled up to the other lane and placed his order. I'm still sitting there waiting to place an order. , I finally said hello to see if there was anyone there to take my order I was asked to go ahead and place my order. . I asked why I had been sitting there for so long waiting and no one was taking my order, her response was well we have two people taking orders. SHE had a no care attitude! This McDonald's has gone way down hill. There is never a 90 second time in Drive thru, no one is never friendly, most of the time the orders are wrong.“
