Gail did an outstanding job today. She took what could have been a bad customer experience and turned it into an excellent one. Subway's online ordering system was not functioning properly and Gail was able to resolve the issue and make sure I received my order.
Always clean and the food is freshly made
This location barely gets any traffic, but they are absolutely terrific. I think today was the best experience I've ever had at a subway, the lovely lady was so patient with us, especially my little sister, who is really quiet, and waited for her to order. Didn't get impatient once! I didnt catch her name but she deserves a raise, and only the best! Helped us with coupons, which gave me almost 30% off the whole order if not more. She is an absolute saint.
