“Wanted to give thoughts as being from outside of Philadelphia PA, and knoing the Jersey Mike's up here and how good they are, this was the first experience with the one in Bristol, Friends of the family provided a catered hoagie order last weekend when my father passed. I will say that even with all those feelings, the hoagies absolutely matched the quality as to what they are here in Philly. The rolls were excellent, meats, cheeses, and having the lettuse/tomato/onion/peppers on the side was perfect. and A+++ rating from me. The lower ratings on service and atmosphere was because of not experiencing it myself. great job all“

“Went in about 2PM and there was only one person working. Despite being slammed with multiple customers the girl making the sandwiches kept a good professional altitude. She said she loves her job and dealing with most customers. Management needs to get her some help or heaven forbid come and help themselves.“

“this subway takes pride in their work and treat everyone with respect,the subway club is full of 3 meat and cheese and more and the best ever i love it,also the blt sub is great,the bread is allways freshly made and a bit pricey but for great service and food its well worth it.“

“I have eaten at Chicken Salad Chick several times and I do enjoy their chicken salad, today I had my usual fancy Nancy and I tried their seasonal strawberry salad for the side with an up charge of $1, I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh it was. At just under $10 for a great sandwich and the side salad, it was a bargain as far as restaurant prices go today. I will definitely have the salad again for my side. Service is always friendly also!“

“We tried to order online but we didn't do it correctly and we thought we did. Our mistake. The store employee was awesome and let my husband use her phone to call me at home so we could enter our order again. SHE even was able to find a coupon add in the store and let us use that! “The young lady who served us was very friendly and cared about the customer needs and wants. After all... the customer is the one paying the bill. The customer should be able to request toasted or not for their sandwich. If you've visited Subway recently, you know what I'm talking about ? but our server was on top of what we asked for and took care of us properly. My sandwich was one of the best as far as I can remember. ? I'm definitely going back again as long as I receive the service I received on this visit. Giving 2?

“The people are good and the food us good. However 2 things (and this coming from a former Ops Director for a $4mil restaurant) 1) they NEVER staff very well. Always only 2 people working and when they get a bunch if online order it's boggs EVERYTHING down and you spend more time waiting. I end up leaving most of the time if there are more than 3 people ordering. And 2) they are out if some sort of ingredients all the time. Why? Probably bc short staffed and can't keep up with the prep work, cleaning, and serving customers. SUBWAY YOU NEED INVEST IN 1 MORE STAFF AT LEAST!! You may even see an increase in sales and satisfaction with speed of service? #dobetter“

“WOW!!!! I was really amazed with the efficiency and quality service. The food here is always on point but this time the crew is what impressed me!!!! Cameron was slicing the meat and even though they were pretty busy he was cool and calm engaging and funny.... unfortunately I did not get the names of the rest of the crew but they were all smiling and extremely efficient...I can't say enough good things about this visit...GREAT JOB GUYS!!“

“TESSA was a rockstar, she made sure to keep going with only 10 minutes left till close with a smile & good energy.
Satisfaction 100% I felt like I needed to leave her cash tip and 20% on the card. You don’t find people that actually will wanna talk most the time even when it’s almost time to close ( especially when you’re the only one there closing ) but my two friends I were all happy with our subs and I was happy she was able to close down shop right on time.

PAY TESSA MORE!!! She’s truly one you wanna keep. Especially in the days that everyone complains about not having loyal /hard workers. Treat the good ones you have with respect and kindness and see how much better your team can be. How much people will wanna work for you!! It doesn’t have to be a dog eat dog all the time. We are all just trying to survive and be happy in the crazy world we are in.
