I have been to this subway more times than i can count and the service overall has been excellent. I order online a lot to be picked up and they almost always get it right. I also feel this is one of the subways with the best quality in the area. Great employees, great food, great area.
Employees are very friendly no complaint about that. We've always had a good experience at this subway location until recently when we pre-ordered our subs on the app and went to pick them up they hardly had any sub toppings so it looked like they just put whatever on them every one but the right ones. We were offered no refund for this and after messaging their customer service which was a bot about 2-3 times it just kept saying that I would receive an e-mail and never did.
My daughter and I both felt compelled to go online to write a review about our Subway experience this evening. Nolyn was the person who assisted us and he is the reason for this review! Not many people these days take pride in wanting to go above and beyond for the customer. He truly did and just wanted it to be known to Management! Kudos to Nolyn!! You were great and we noticed! Thank you! It was appreciated,!

Subway restaurant offers friendly service and delicious subs with lots of sauce. Despite being busy, the staff maintains a professional attitude. Customers appreciate the clean environment and the suggestion to buy more cookies for a better deal. Management might need to consider providing more support during peak hours.
