“Ordered my sub online, got home and realized it was made with steak and not chicken like I ordered. I called and spoke with the lady that made it. She was super nice and apologetic! The staff let me come back and pick up the correct sub the next day (my request to pick up next day). Still giving 5 stars, even though my sub wasn't correct the 1st time because the staff were awesome, took accountability for the mistake, and fixed it.“

“Wow, a delicious Roasted Chicken Sandwich where I live in NY Upstates they no longer have it available and I don't know why but it is my favorite sandwich, it was delicious ????????? the place is very clean, very colorful and very efficient employees and in a good mood I recommend this Subway 100% if you are traveling, it is at a Shell gas station ?? They served us quickly and there were plenty of chairs to sit in ??“

“We had 9 subs and 12 cookies we had ordered all footlongs and she was by herself and she was so sweet I think her name was Samantha? I seen Sam on her tag but couldn't tell the rest. The lobby was so clean! First I've seen it this good in so long that pink girl was finally gone the atmosphere was so much better without stuff being thrown or someone being mad. I'm glad this is a friendly place again.“
