“Wife and I ordered on the app and came 15 minutes later and got the two subs we took home. Sandwiches were absolutely awesome tasting so no issue. Admittedly the store doesn't look super new or even super inviting but, you know, it's a sandwich shop; who cares? Sandwich taste and value was excellent.“
“Your basic subway, always good. The people working there were really nice. Nice and quick delivery as well. Not as good sandwiches as some places, but a classic. I heard our friends went to Penn Station subs and there was A 40 MINUTE WAIT to get their subs. Crazy. Only thing about our trip to subway this time was they were out of white bread and the italian herbs & cheese was very hot(had just come out of the oven), so we had to settle for wheat... Probably healthier anyway, to be honest.“
“I almost never leave reviews for places but I feel very bad for the woman working at subway today and wanted to give her some praise. It was pretty busy, she had a line of customers and several mobile orders and things were getting backed up. She was handling everything very well and kept a cheery disposition up to the customers. The issue was the man who was in training. She kept trying to show him how to make certain sandwiches and how to place the cheese and meats but he would just brush her off and say he’s got it. He acted as if he already knew how to do everything when he clearly didn’t. He made my friend and I sandwiches that were mostly fine but definitely not quite right and he forgot mine in the toaster a bit too long. He was also a little rude and off putting. I am generally a patient person and understand that first days are hard and there is a learning period. While I didn’t appreciate his attitude, I don’t necessarily want to get him in trouble since I don’t know if maybe he’s a good person having a bad day or if he was just frustrated. This post is mainly to say I think the woman there was being very patient and went above and beyond and I was impressed.“
“The staff here went above and beyond for us tonight. We love Jimmy John’s and travel to different locations frequently, this store has our exceeded expectations. The staff working tonight (11/16)were exceptional employees and their customer service was top notch, these guys deserve a raise. Out of every Jimmy John’s we have ever visited this is our favorite one. Appreciate you accommodating us being able to get our extra peppers ?“
“Very good place to eat if you want something different than the normal Burger. I wish this chain wood start stocking pastrami as one of the meats that you can choose from. And the particular girl that made my sandwich was really finicky with the toppings. She was a small petite girl. And I'm a heavyset fella. Lol. But even after I told her to put as much as you possibly could get by with, she still just barely put enough toppings on it to say she put toppings on it. These are the only reasons I did not give it 5 stars“
“Fast as expected, and for a staff used to working at a fast pace, they were very patient with my independent toddler trying to order for himself. Sandwiches were consistent with the brand and was happy that my kid reminded me you can buy whole dill pickles!“
“The restaurant was very clean yet vacant. The sole employee was pleasant, talkative, professional, and welcoming. He was the employee Subway should be proud of. It's is disheartening to see that this location has limited hours and this awesome employee was working alone. Come on Subway, you have a great location and a base for good employees. “Stopped here for a quick bite when driving through on our way home to Raleigh. The service was great and the food was exactly what we wanted.We ordered the classic Italian and BLT sandwiches and they definitely hit the spot! We drank the fresh squeezed lemonade with was tart and refreshing. We also decided to try the fresh baked choco chunk cookies and they were delicious- they were buttery and light and very chocolate-y. Would definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth!We’ll definitely pop back in next time we’re in the area.“
