“Stopped in on our way through town tonight. Our sandwich artist was very friendly and greeted us as we entered and made sure that our sandwhiches were made just the way we wanted. She checked us out and wished us well. The restaurant and restrooms were also very well kept.“

“I go to this subway perhaps two or three times a month, as it's conveniently close to my workplace. The food is standard Subway, and they're not excessively stingy on the toppings. The staff is always friendly, and my sandwich is always made correctly and quickly. The store is typically decently clean, except during the busiest part of lunch when everyone's behind the counter making subs, not free to wipe tables. When it's quiet, it's typically quite clean.Not sure what else I'd ask for from a Subway. It's not inspired food and it's a bit expensive compared to other options in town, but for a sandwich chain, it's pretty good. The friendly staff is what really sets this Subway apart from a lot of others I've gone to.Parking: There's a decent number of parking slots in a lot to the east of the building toward Industrial Road. I've never had any trouble getting a spot at lunch.“

“Kris and Kaitlyn did and amazing job I work for malones driving a wrecker so I don't have a lot of time to wait for food usually they were fast but caring about what I wanted n how I wanted it made the veggies were all very fresh and looked great they made both my sandwiches loaded up and full of meat and veggies they were very polite they were talking to me and having conversations with me like they actually cared about me as a customer this is the best subway I've been to so far every time is such a great experience and interaction this will be the only one I go to anymore they make ur food the right way lots of meat lots of veggies and just awesome personality definitely made my trip here a great one keep up up the amazing work“
“I work at west summer street subway,just to jump in here and give a little detail with what we do.Our bread comes frozen off the trucks and we put the bread on pans every night then place them in the cooler.Bread takes over night to thaw out so it is freshly made in the morning .We keep the place very clean,it does get difficult sometimes when we are extremely busy,We chop up all the food by hand and sometimes when we run out of something we have to run to the back to grab more.it also makes it hard sometimes especially when we are by ourselves but we do everything we can to make the customers happy.I absolutely love my job.The customers are getting to know me and I love seeing them walk in with a smile ? If there was anything bad in our subway I surely wouldn't be eating here myself and neither would my friends or family members that also come in now.Love subway“
