“Jersey Mike's is delicious no matter where you go, but this location has amazing staff. I don't know her name but the young lady that's petite with brown hair always takes great care of me! They have the customers in and out quickly while also giving you enough time to order properly. Friendly and sweet. The review is mostly for the amazing staff. Keep it up Gray location!!!“

“My coworkers and I ate here for lunch only one person was working a female with dark hair there were roughly 10 people in line and it was the fastest service I have gotten at a subway ever she was very quick great customer service and made everything great at this location.

Parking: This location is beside a Shell gas station which is very busy and limited parking

Wheelchair accessibility: There are two handicap parking spots one for the Shell station and one for Subway“

“A bit run down and old and usually looks kinda dirty to really dirty but food has always been OK. BUT I DO NOT GO HERE OFTEN! I ALWAYS DRIVE TO THE ONE ON OAKLAND AVE DUE TO STAFF (JUST FRIENDLIER AND CAN'T USE MOSE PROMOS AT GRAY LOCATION- DUE TO OWNERSHIP)..PREFER OAKLAND AVE ALL DAY EVERY DAY AS FAR AS IT ALL GOES, INCLUDING PRICE EVEN THOUGH ITS AN EXTRA 25 MINUTES OUT OF THE WAY (INCLUDES BOTH WAYS). But staff was fine in Gray on this visit. The place was just dirty and that sucks, someone needs to go in and clean house y'all! Hate to see another snap business close but it's coming if someone doesn't STEP UP- I'M SPEAKING TO THE OWNER! YOUR RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS PLACE-I RECOMMEND BEING JUST THAT!“

“I order a 2 foot longs, Tuna sandwich and a wrap. Food is excellent. I really like the way they placed the sandwich and wrap in the cooler. Till I showed up for pickup. Others would just wrap it up in the bag and leave it at room temperature.

Jersey Mikes crew on North Eastman Road, Kingsport. This store has the best crew anywhere. Great people who take pride in their place of business. They are fantastic, every one of them. They are kind and polite. The service is fantastic, the food is always great and they take care to make your food just the way you like it. I go there almost every week, it is a great place to eat.“

“Went to our table and waited for our food. They brought my husbands sub out. He ate it and I was still waiting for mine. The manager noticed and asked if I had received my sandwich yet. I said no. The young man that took our order apologized and said he had forgot to make mine. 🫤“

“We always enjoy going to Jersey Mikes and getting our favorite Hoagie …but you know it is a special place when Becky remembers what kind of sandwich you get and she has not seen you in awhile ( she was on vacation !) Becky ALWAYS GREATS US LIKE FAMILY !! She makes us feel VERY SPECIAL when we drop in for lunch. We even got to meet her Mom and Dad a couple of months ago…and the friendliness of her family is AMAZING !! We sure do know what store we are going to when it is Jersey Mikes Day !! The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and FUN !!

“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! We always go back at least once a week and if she isn’t working we go to a whole different restaurant!“

“Great place to eat! Husband was craving a philly cheese steak and we were not disappointed! The cheese steak was hot, fresh and delicious! Steak was well seasoned and bun was soft on inside and crunchy on outside. Cheese was perfect, not too much but plenty of it. The waffle fries were the best we ever ate, literally! Service was top notch and friendly. Definitely check them out for great food and service!“

“Have been a regular customer of this establishment for years. Tried to get a sandwich last Saturday at about 2:00 pm and again today at roughly the same time, and they were out of French bread on both days. So, on both occasions my husband and I went elsewhere for lunch. Not sure what’s going on, but how does a sandwich shop not have bread prepared on two consecutive Saturdays?“

“We order online once or twice a week. The food is always ready and on the shelf when I arrive to get it. Subs are delicious everytime! Our order is always correct, and we've never once had an issue with the location. Staff is very kind and polite.“

It was great service great backwoods out of the way little gas station in store sitting tl the Cuban sandwich and fries and soda was worth it pretty close to Florida Cuban. Best pressed sandwich I've had in awhile my hats are off to you from the service“

I purchased the original Philly Cheesesteak and an order of the fries for my Husband and myself and the food was amazing !! Now when we want the best Cheesesteak sandwich around,I only need to go two minutes from our home to get it 😳 Yippie !!“
