We love the atmosphere and the good attitudes from staff on preparing our food.
Only difference we have experienced, is the new chicken salad sub, my wife has had it it from 2 different stores and the flavor was different.

The best subs the meats are sliced right there in front of you. The bread is fresh and the customer service is amazing. The workers take pride in their service to the customer.
What a pleasant experience at this location. Thresa and Velvet were very polite and helpful. I will definitely be back. Exceptional service!

Jersey Mike's Subs deserves great reviews. The service exceeds expectations and the staff are always on point, kind, and helpful. The restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere. Customers love the food, especially the subs, with one favorite being the number 13. The staff accommodates unique requests and leaves kind notes on the sub packaging. The location in Gray has better GF bread than other locations. Although the prices are steep, the sandwiches are really good. The staff, often high school or college kids, are respectful and genuinely happy to be there. The restaurant has improved over time, and customers continue to eat there because the food is fantastic and the people are great. Jersey Mike's Subs is a great place to get freshly made subs with good rolls and ample ingredients, and ordering on the app makes pickup easy.
