“My grandmother and I stopped to grab a bite on our way home from Asheville. Upon arrival, we were greeted and met with exemplary service from Roger, despite having only one other crew member working with him tonight. Our food came out perfectly and we were served promptly. Roger went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were met, even giving my grandmother some extra pickles and juice to prevent a cramp as we finished our drive home. He and the other crew member were very personable and the restaurant was well kept. Keep up the good work, fellas! This was exceptional service for a food place, and we were impressed! ?“

Vegetarian options: With the amount of veggies offered as sub toppings, you could at least have a killer salad option that's vegetarian“

“Shelby did an amazing job make our order with several special requests and having several other orders coming in. I was most empress with how she handled an elderly gentleman who was hard of hearing and not sure what to order. She never got frustrated with him and did her best to really understand what he wanted to eat.I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 25 years and she is a keeper!Thanks for the great experience!!“

I cannot express how appreciative I was for Peyton. He was so perfectly calm and kind. I’m a bit socially awkward at times and get confused or overexcited but he made sure that I had everything I needed. He is someone who is extraordinarily valuable to any company.

“We have been frequenting this store several times a year. Our visit today was a new experience. We noted that the dining area was very clean and was actively being cleaned. The store was never dirty but today it was noticeably very clean. My first thought that it was new management and sure enough, upon asking I was told that there was a recent management change. The food, as always, was fresh and delicious.“

It is located inside the Asheville Mall in the food court, which is not very big.
