“The views are beautiful, the outdoor seating is really comfy, staff were wonderful and the food was delicious! We had the pimento cheese appetizer, shrimp & grits, sea bass, cheeseburger & fries and the crème brûlée and pot of chocolate for dessert. There was a huge wine list too. It was a lovely supper!”

“We just had one of the best dinners in a long time at Mamma Mia’s! We had the eggplant Parmesan and a Mamma Mia’s pizza. We intended to share but both defended our meals because they were so delicious. Extraordinary quality & great service. The owner came out and spoke with us, explaining the process of how it was made. The whole experience was a WOW!!!”

“Decided to grab some coffee while heading back from a visit to Abingdon. Found this place on Google and went. I was amazed. I got a cold brew with oat milk and toffee nut. (They had everything I wanted in stock which is rare). Coffee was 10/10. I also has 3 other people with me who said their drinks were great as well (chai tea latte and pumpkin lattes). The vibe of the place was just as a coffee shop/HOUSE should be. Cozy and inviting. I also wanted some coffee to take home and the barista guided me to the perfect bag and ground it up to my liking as well! As pictured the coffee I chose is amazing. She did a great job and I will be back 10/10 recommend.”

The only con would be the putrid Pepsi products (this is a "me" problem), so I get food to go and drink elsewhere.”

The station is iconic, and great for photos after completing the Creeper trail segments between Abingdon-Alvarado Station or Damascus to Alvarado Station.Alvarado Station is the lowest point on the trail, so it will be an uphill ride into Abingdon, but mostly level to Damascus.”

If you are in the area I highly recommend you find where this truck is operating that day and give it a try! I’m all about fusion cuisine, and THIS fusion is the best I’ve had!”

“I love Bella’s food! The food is never bad! However The only issue I have is anytime you call after a certain time the phone is off the hook. This is the 3rd time in the past month I have tried calling Several times and it comes up busy. I’m not the only one that has had this issue. A local business called one night and several of the team members tried getting through for 2 hrs and it was busy. Today it’s 6pm on a Friday and the same problem. I get ppl are short handed but you would think they would want the business.”

“after sitting in line for over 25 minutes to get food through your drive-thru in Abingdon Virginia I wouldn't recommend going there at all and it was not a lack of employees with three in the kitchen and two working in the front”

Parking: There is not always room in the main parking lot but there is a overflow parking lot across the street that I have never seen full.”

“I wanted an authentic tea experience for Mother’s Day. It was a quaint tea room. The music and the atmosphere were relaxing and enjoyable. The service was awesome and the teas were exquisite. The scones were delicious with the cream and jam. I would definitely go back for more experience. The only thing was it was a little pricey.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter was treated with respect and the hostess loved that we were doing a Mother’s Day tea together, but I would recommend ages of 5 and up. No small children. There’s a lot of glass and seats are not small child friendly.”

“Pizzas are skimpy on toppings. Also in the calzones. Crusts could benefit from a couple minutes longer in the oven. But hey, they give senior citizens a discount and are near to us! A plus!”

“Stopped in on my way through town. They had a wonderful buffet. The waitress Lisa or Tina I’m not sure which her name was, was very accommodating and sweet. The pizza bar was hot and the salad bar was fresh. I would highly recommend eating here.”

“Man this place is awesome. Really an overlooked gem in Abingdon. Quick service and could compete with pals for the best drive through in the town. I usually call in hibachi chicken and pick it up and bring it back home. I love this place and I wish it got more recognition.”
