Been to JJs almost every night while in town for over a week. Their food and service is superb, the description is completely true.You can tell the staff puts care and effort into everything here. I've been to JJ's a few times to eat with the family and to just have a guys night out with my grandson and it's a very good place to eat.They have an awesome chicken liver dinner that's served with tomato jam to dip the livers in that can't be beat.And their portobello mushroom burger is one of the best burgers I've ever eaten. This was my 1st time at JJ's restaurant...the food was absolutely amazing..from the appetizer to the entrees ..finished with cheesecake desert..to the blackberry tea..I was introduced to the owner by a precious friend..great personality..he and his wife trully have a hidden gem with their restaurant..well worth the detour if you are traveling or live or near Abingdin Virginia..
