I ordered the wrong item. I offered to pay for a new one bc it was my mistake. But the folks behind the counter insisted on replacing it no charge. "We are all on this big rock together" was the quote from the chef. Great people. And the sandwich was terrific. Spend you money here l.
Visited recently - first time, while in Abingdon. First, was disappointed that the online menu was not the same as the menu in restaurant - items not available, prices much higher. Service was good. Had to order something different than what we had planned, was told menu has been out of date for over a year. Hmmm! That's not really acceptable in today's technology. The food we did order was very good and if in the area again we would go back.

The pizza is the best from Florida to Virginia. The only negative is that the phones are not answered. We were calling to place a pick up order and the phone was busy. When I arrived I kept calling and saw that the phone was not ringing even though there were employees available to answer the call. There is business lost by not answering to take orders. The pizza is the best around.
