Serves breakfast until noon so I consider that a bonus. They serve breakfast and lunch after 10:30 a.m.
Lindsey was great and sweet about the wait
Went thru drive thru for late breakfast. Waited 10 minutes in line. Only one person in front of me. Pulled up. Told to wait. No one came back. Car behind me and I left. Disgusted. Went to competition.

Based on the reviews, this Hardee's location in Mount Carmel, TN is a favorite for many. The service is described as excellent, fast, and amazing. The people, from the counter person to the manager, are really sweet, always with smiles, friendly, and welcoming. The Breakfast Platter is the best thing on the menu, and the Biscuits are phenomenal and delicious. The food is fresh, great, and always correct. The restaurant and restrooms are very clean. One manager was very nice and apologized for an inconvenience with a chicken tenders order, making it right with fresh chicken free of charge. Another manager always makes sure the place is clean. Specific staff members are noted for being very knowledgeable and kind, and another is a big reason customers use the drive-through for the better greeting. This Hardee's is considered the best anywhere and a jewel for East Tennessee.
