The crew in our small town are very wonderful.
I go to this location a couple of times a week for biscuits. Their biscuits are top notch, and the drivethru always gives great service. Annabelle was my server today, and she was friendly and fast.
Annabella waited on me and was courteous and professional.

The people, from the counter person to the manager, are really sweet, always with smiles, friendly, and welcoming. The Breakfast Platter is the best thing on the menu, and the Biscuits are phenomenal and delicious. The food is fresh, great, and always correct. The restaurant and restrooms are very clean. One manager was very nice and apologized for an inconvenience with a chicken tenders order, making it right with fresh chicken free of charge. Another manager always makes sure the place is clean. Specific staff members are noted for being very knowledgeable and kind, and another is a big reason customers use the drive-through for the better greeting. This Hardee's is considered the best anywhere and a jewel for East Tennessee.
