Terrible service. The drive-thru worker (and manager) was very rude as we were ordering and when it was brought to her attention, continued to be rude. I understand that we may all have bad days but when you are in a customer service position, you have to separate that from the way you treat customers. There is no need to talk down to your customers or treat them terrible.
Got the first pork chop gravy biscuit from e stone and it was great enough for me to want to treat my mom to one. Got the second in Mt. Carmel where service is pleasant but biscuit was smaller and almost no gravy ( dry ). Very disappointed for us both.

Based on the reviews, this Hardee's location in Mount Carmel, TN is a favorite for many. The service is described as excellent, fast, and amazing. The people, from the counter person to the manager, are really sweet, always with smiles, friendly, and welcoming. The Breakfast Platter is the best thing on the menu, and the Biscuits are phenomenal and delicious. The food is fresh, great, and always correct. The restaurant and restrooms are very clean. One manager was very nice and apologized for an inconvenience with a chicken tenders order, making it right with fresh chicken free of charge. Another manager always makes sure the place is clean. Specific staff members are noted for being very knowledgeable and kind, and another is a big reason customers use the drive-through for the better greeting. This Hardee's is considered the best anywhere and a jewel for East Tennessee.
