“On a road trip, hit the spot for a tasty frozen treat. The place was busy and lots of staff but not many smiles and they didn't get the order right the first time but they made it right. Didn't try the food but looked like regular fast food.“

“I love this location! They're never lacking on ingredients on our tacos or chalupas. They actually put cinnamon on their cinnamon twists! I won't order those at any other location because they barely ever have enough cinnamon to taste on them. The only reason I gave less than 5 stars on the atmosphere is because we often have to search for a clean table.“

“Food was very tasty! Fries were hot, waiting times were very short. and the blonde kid on register was very caring and friendly, whoever he is needs a promotion! Will be stopping by here again in the future for sure!“

“The poor employees are on top of each other at the grill. It is way too crowded and looks like a fire hazard. The employees do a great job but they are just too crowded. Pals needs to have deal options and make an APP so people can place orders on their phone and just pick it up. It saves time. Cheddar ROUNDS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY!!!“

“My husband and I were headed back to VA from Gaitlinburg from Vacation and stopped at this Wendy’s. I have to say in ALL the Wendy’s we’ve eaten at this cashier Andrew was the most kindest, prompt, and knowledgeable employee we have ever seen. He greeted us with the biggest smile, took our order and it was correct in its entirety, and thanked us for stopping by and wished us a safe trip and Merry Christmas. In our home town it’s obvious the employees here hate their job and the customers pay the price with incorrect orders and rudeness. Thank you Andrew for your kindness and that big smile. We appreciate you.“

She loved it
And for dessert we had a Chocolate and peanut butter milkshakes
The peanut butter was one of the best ones I've ever had

“The only reason I'm rating it 4 stars is because when they gave me my order I had an item missing and had to tell them. Then I get out to the car and realized there was another item missing so I had to go back in and have them fix it. Besides that they were extra nice and apologetic about messing it up.“

“There was a line from the drive thru window to the front of the store waiting on food. I paid $30. For two platters, no drinks. I got home and some of my order was missing from both platters. Always something left out. I don't mind the wait least I know the food is hot but please put everything in my order. Both claws was left out.“

“Today 10/09/2025 the girl that was working was doing a great job for all the orders that was coming in. She handled business. Sad though cause there should be atleast 2 people working as much business that they get.. but girl you keep up the great work!!“

“Went through the drive thru and go a 3 piece all white meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken was very fresh which I appreciate very much. Went to Bonangles last night and the chicken tasted like it had been through the great depression and was so dry and cold. Condiments guys. Almost every restaurant fails in this category. I was not given any butter or honey for my biscuit. Other then that it was a very great visit.“
