“I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. When she returned with drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We were and did, she wrote nothing down! She then told us of some of the exciting memorabilia displayed around your facility. Famous guitars of several world-renowned musicians. Ashley returned with our food and accurately placed each dish at the proper place. Again, without having written anything down. Very good at what she does! Shortly, another of your staff visited to introduce herself, Tina Wilson. Again, very friendly and entertaining. Asking us about our stay in Pigeon Forge, where were we from and more about the exciting stuff at your restaurant. During the delightful conversation she learned that I had just celebrated my 75th birthday. As we finished our meals she returned with a surprise gift, a birthday sundae and she sang a very inspiring Happy Birthday for me. My cousin, his wife and I were just in awe of the friendly and totally professional attitude of these two employees, Tina and Ashley. You should be very proud of these two representing your establishment. Oh, I also got a nice card signed by many of your employees. A totally unexpected and enjoyable experience all the way around. Bravo to all.“

Went here with my fiancée as a last resort because everywhere else was closed - food was not only hot but our waiter, Kevin, was extremely kind and attentive. Give this man a raise, as well as every other worker there! I think we are official IHop warriors now.“

“My husband and I & My son ate there last night. It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. He was so excited ☺️☺️ and then me and my husband ended up ordering us milkshakes as well !!“

“Stopped here last night to grab dinner for the family and placed a pretty big order.... six Double Whopper with bacon and cheese combo meals and two kids cheeseburger meals with fries. Basically enough food to feed a small army.
The person taking the drive-thru order was really nice and friendly. When we got to the window he let us know the fries were still cooking and asked if we could pull forward and park for a minute. No problem. About five minutes later he came out with the food and everything was 100% correct (which honestly feels like a miracle with an order that big). The food was hot, fresh, and they even made sure to include napkins and ketchup.
No missing items, no wrong burgers, no chaos, just quick, friendly service and good food. I'm very impressed considering it was a Saturday night. Zero complaints from this crew. We’d definitely stop here again. 🍔“

“The individual who processed our order and managed the drive-thru demonstrated such remarkable enthusiasm that their positive demeanor significantly influenced my own mood. I aspire for all fast-food employees to emulate such an exemplary approach to customer service. He even offered crowns, which at most Burger King locations nowadays, you typically have to request.“

“I went to Dollywood last Tuesday. Stopped here for lunch. The burger was good. This is not a true restaurant but if you want a quick lunch then it’s a win. Burgers are good and fries were really good. Their menu is small but it’s a burger place. A lot of seating which is good. I definitely recommend this place“

“The food was really good chicken was perfectly brined. Sides were very good. The price was very fair especially being located within a theme park. Chicken sandwhich was a 7 out of 10. Fried chicken plate was perfect the gravy was not too salty and complemented the platter well 9.5 out of 10. The Fried pork plate was a little dry the bacon gravy helped alot and was tasty 7 out of 10. Wedge salad was fresh and worth the price 8 out of 10. The fried green tomatoes could have been be better. The balsamic vinegar used was a little overpowering. The mozzarella cheese was high quality and fresh.“

“I like this Hardee’s. The workers are really friendly, and the tables are really clean and had cute little decorations on them. The wait was a little long, but no big deal for quality food. The burger was delicious, but the fries were really greasy, and turned my mom’s stomach. But the iced coffee was FANTASTIC, and made it all worthwhile!“

“We do not have this restaurant back where I'm from in colorado. If I had to compare it to something, it would probably be similar to white castle, at least their burgers. I tried the new Chipotle spicy chicken sandwich and it was wonderful! Also, their onion rings are similar to, in texture, Burger king, but much better tasting.“

“It was ok. One really positive thing I can say is the tamales tasted fresh not frozen. Thats rare in a restaurant because of how time consuming they are to make.
Server was nice and not overbearing. But he could hardly hear us due to the music being to loud and the screaming children at the next table.“
