“Great menu, great experience! First off, this restaurant is a former O'Charleys location. Right off the bat, instant nostalgia. But, they have definitely made it their own. As a pescatarian, I was so happy to find the Shrute Burger on the menu....superb!! Shoestring fries.. yum! They make all of their sauces in-house including the ketchup. The Caesar dressing was the best we ever had. Amazing beer options....I enjoyed my flight. The Local Goat ale was my favorite 😍 Would definitely return!“

“If you’re visiting Pigeon Forge, The Fat Bear Family Tavern is absolutely worth a stop. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, relaxed, and truly family-friendly. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home.

The food was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, with generous portions and great flavor. The smash burgers were some of the best we’ve had in the area, and the fries were perfectly crispy. You can tell they take pride in both the quality of their food and the experience they provide.

What really stood out was the combination of great service, delicious food, and a fun environment. Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, dinner, or to catch a game on one of the many TVs, it’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back. “I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. When she returned with drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We were and did, she wrote nothing down! She then told us of some of the exciting memorabilia displayed around your facility. Famous guitars of several world-renowned musicians. Ashley returned with our food and accurately placed each dish at the proper place. Again, without having written anything down. Very good at what she does! Shortly, another of your staff visited to introduce herself, Tina Wilson. Again, very friendly and entertaining. Asking us about our stay in Pigeon Forge, where were we from and more about the exciting stuff at your restaurant. During the delightful conversation she learned that I had just celebrated my 75th birthday. As we finished our meals she returned with a surprise gift, a birthday sundae and she sang a very inspiring Happy Birthday for me. My cousin, his wife and I were just in awe of the friendly and totally professional attitude of these two employees, Tina and Ashley. You should be very proud of these two representing your establishment. Oh, I also got a nice card signed by many of your employees. A totally unexpected and enjoyable experience all the way around. “Stopped here last night to grab dinner for the family and placed a pretty big order.... six Double Whopper with bacon and cheese combo meals and two kids cheeseburger meals with fries. Basically enough food to feed a small army.
The person taking the drive-thru order was really nice and friendly. When we got to the window he let us know the fries were still cooking and asked if we could pull forward and park for a minute. No problem. About five minutes later he came out with the food and everything was 100% correct (which honestly feels like a miracle with an order that big). The food was hot, fresh, and they even made sure to include napkins and ketchup.
No missing items, no wrong burgers, no chaos, just quick, friendly service and good food. I'm very impressed considering it was a Saturday night. Zero complaints from this crew. We’d definitely stop here again. 🍔“

“I ordered on the app, it was around 8pm, it was a customized order. Everything was prepared as I requested and was available when I expected. My fries were hot and my burger was fresh.
It's near Dollywood so it's convenient.“

It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. He was so excited ☺️☺️ and then me and my husband ended up ordering us milkshakes as well !!“

“I went to Dollywood last Tuesday. Stopped here for lunch. The burger was good. This is not a true restaurant but if you want a quick lunch then it’s a win. Burgers are good and fries were really good. Their menu is small but it’s a burger place. A lot of seating which is good. I definitely recommend this place“

“I had these 2x2x2. Eggs were scrambled just right, as was the pancakes and sausage. Our waitress, Jeannie was so nice and her service was excellent. Bathrooms were clean. A little crowded but its labor day weekend so there's that overall, I give it 5 stars!! Ask for jeannie's tables, you won't be disappointed. Best Ihop I've been to yet! Thanks Ihop!😍“

“My husband and I had a lovely lunch at this quaint little café in Dollywood. We came early so there was no wait, but I hear that the lines can get long. Better to reserve a table or arrive early!

It was quiet and our waitress was lovely. We got a Butterfly Pretzel for our appetizer, which came with scrumptious queso cheese. The pretzel came in a cute butterfly shape and was hot, fluffy and delicious!

For our mains, we got the Country-Fried Chicken Breast, which was also delicious. It came with fresh tomatoes, collard greens and a wonderful gravy. It was a super filling and satisfying meal to start our day in Dollywood!“

“Came in and Kaitlyn and Paula was amazing. Kaitlyn recommended the hot honey chicken sandwich which was amazing. Paula was very nice and took our order with no much professionalism. The other female me tropical twister very well. The building was so clean, the floors, the tables everything was really clean. We came in from North Carolina and this is the best place to eat we’ve been in since we be here on vacation. They have a really good crew that works very well together, the food was fast and hot and fresh! I wish I could give these ladies and this restaurant 10 stars! HIGHLY RECOMMEND“

“It is a McDonald's with that said this one is much nicer then a lot of other ones and the experience was always good to me all places that are asking for ratings are between four and five because it's a good store with decent service and quality food for what it is“

“The food was fine for Krystal, but it was the employee that made it! Amanda was outside taking orders at 11pm at night as the drive thru speaker was down. We watched her hustle and go back inside to accommodate all customers by getting their orders in right away. It was memorial day weekend and packed. After she range them up we were treated with the best customer service! Thank you Amanda for feeding our hungry little ones and teenagers with a smile!“
