“We’re visiting from Florida & we heard about the amazing staff and food all the way down there so we had to come & WOW. We are so happy we did. The food was such a large proportion and so delicious. The waiter we had was kind, knowledgeable and speedy. Francisco. Then to end our lunch was an amazing woman who I believe was the manager coming over and checking in on how our lunch went, Sandy. She chatted with our family for a while and you could tell she was genuinely so happy to be there and it made a memory for our kids for a lifetime :) we will definitely be telling everyone about the amazing experience we had!! “Fat Bear Tavern is a must visit place for out of towners and locals! My wife and I eat here regularly and when our family or friends come to visit we always bring them to this wonderful place. We have tried everything on the menu and it's all so delicious. We absolutely love their burgers, club sandwich, and chili. They also have wonderful breakfast items. The service is always very friendly and it has a great atmosphere. I give them an A+“

“My husband and I & My son ate there last night. It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. He was so excited ☺️☺️ and then me and my husband ended up ordering us milkshakes as well !!“

“I gave the place 5 stars. Is it a 5 star restaurant? No, but is any fast food restaurant a 5 star restaurant? Match your expectations to where you are eating and award stars accordingly.
On my visit to this Burger King all the team members were polite, friendly, and helpful. They prepared my food to order quickly. The meal I got was standard burger and fries fare, but it was good. My wife and I ate for less than $15. At 5 Guys the same amount wouldn’t have fed one of us. Why pay double for basically the same meal, even if you are on vacation?“

“I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. When she returned with drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We were and did, she wrote nothing down! She then told us of some of the exciting memorabilia displayed around your facility. Famous guitars of several world-renowned musicians. Ashley returned with our food and accurately placed each dish at the proper place. Again, without having written anything down. Very good at what she does! Shortly, another of your staff visited to introduce herself, Tina Wilson. Again, very friendly and entertaining. Asking us about our stay in Pigeon Forge, where were we from and more about the exciting stuff at your restaurant. During the delightful conversation she learned that I had just celebrated my 75th birthday. As we finished our meals she returned with a surprise gift, a birthday sundae and she sang a very inspiring Happy Birthday for me. My cousin, his wife and I were just in awe of the friendly and totally professional attitude of these two employees, Tina and Ashley. You should be very proud of these two representing your establishment. Oh, I also got a nice card signed by many of your employees. A totally unexpected and enjoyable experience all the way around. Bravo to all.“

“I had these 2x2x2. Eggs were scrambled just right, as was the pancakes and sausage. Our waitress, Jeannie was so nice and her service was excellent. Bathrooms were clean. A little crowded but its labor day weekend so there's that overall, I give it 5 stars!! Ask for jeannie's tables, you won't be disappointed. Best Ihop I've been to yet! Thanks Ihop!😍“
