Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress

IHOP offers excellent breakfast food with a great selection, including gluten-free pancakes and grits. The staff is friendly and provides fast service, ensuring all orders are correct. The restaurant is clean and refurbished, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Customers appreciate the nice emotions of the waiters and the quick service, especially when entering through the gift shop at the entrance. While it can be a bit crowded during peak times, such as holidays, many find that the food is surprisingly fresh and great. IHOP is a popular choice for a satisfying meal, particularly as a late-night food option, even though it is not open 24 hours. Despite concerns about behavior from some customers, the overall experience is often positive, making IHOP a preferred choice over nearby options.
