Service was very slow..
No ice in the ice machine had to wait for someone to get ice
The burger we had was what seemed to be the size of a white castle burger.(Smh)
Fries were unappealing. Buns were dry
Prices seem to rise as the items seem to get smaller.

Took forever to order while waiting at drive thru speaker. Food was good when I got it though
Place is dirty and looks run down. I wanted the Banana swirl frosty but they didn't have it with the vanilla, said they told us but we didn't hear that and didn't know till we got our food. Restroom smells bad and they didn't have any toilet paper.

Wendy's is a popular fast-food restaurant that continues to serve delicious food, though the service and preparation have been inconsistent at times. The restaurant's friendly staff and convenient location make it a good choice for those seeking a satisfying meal. Customers have described the food as great, with highlights including the Mushroom Swiss, Spicy Chicken, and Dave's Double combos. Some have noted issues with cold food, incorrect orders, and poorly assembled wraps, indicating a need for better staff training and management oversight. Recently, there have been concerns about confusing mobile orders, especially with initials like R.V. used instead of full names, which made it hard to tell orders apart. Despite occasional chaos and a lack of urgency among staff, employees are never rude and work hard to get orders out. Customers appreciated the night manager's efforts in correcting mistakes and acknowledged that improvements are needed in drive-thru service. Overall, Wendy's remains a recommended choice for a quick meal, though patience and vigilance may be necessary to ensure orders are correct. The restaurant also offers kid-friendly options for families.
