The food here was really delicious however the staff didn't seem to have it together..had to order 3 times to get it taken correct..don't think it was the cashier fault I believe she was training. It was just a bit messy and longer wait for fast food. Just glad the food was good. The dining area was also a bit messy with plenty of staff. Good for food though..

Place was ok, staff was helpful and friendly. This is the 2nd Wendy's I've been to in about 2 weeks. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Ranch Wrap. I wish I had taken a picture of it. The cooks/staff have not been taught how to make a wrap at either Wendy's. Both were just sort of crumbled and put in a wrapper. I had to roll it myself into a wrap I could eat. ? I will make sure they know how to make a wrap 1st or order something else. Where's management and employee training these days??

Ordered on the mobile app for pick up, go to get the food and get home and my husband burger was wrong and not a double. My burger was completely wrong. And my daughters kids meal had only 2 nuggets instead of 4. Take it back to have them fix the burgers and they come back messed up again. 3rd time they finally get it right after the cook has to come out and try to comprehend how to read a receipt to get the burgers correct!!!! 3 damn times. And the first time they used the same burgers and just wiped the mayo and ketchup off the original burgers.... What if we had an allergy?!
