I just want to make sure everyone is aware of Kirstin at the west a.j. Location morristown was FANTABULOUS!!! I just left a different location of sonic that was VERY RUDE to me and I a very frequent customer!!!! So I drove to the opposite side of town to place my order and was treated with respect and served with kindness and honored my order on my app!!!! 1 of the worst Sonic experiences I've had. THE worst I've had in the past 15 yrs. I drive across town to go to this 1 (I live much closer to the other location) because it's typically faster & the food had been better in the past. I guess time changes everything...most definitely in this circumstance. Lesson learned.

Ordered off the app. All the food was was correct but all of it was also cold, not even warm, just cold. My drink had no ice in at all. I thought being under new management it would be better. We haven't eaten here is a year or so. Thoughtwe would give it another try, big mistake.
