I eat ice cream almost every day so I consider myself to be a connoisseur of sweet dairy delights. I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake but think I got cheated on the cookies and cream. I could only taste a hint of anything other than plain dull vanilla. This milkshake did not satisfy my sweet tooth and left me wanting something else. I didn't even finish it because it was not enjoyable. Considering it was $5, it will be a long time before I go to Sonic for a another milkshake. Arby's or Cook Out either one have better milkshakes for a better value. As for my hamburger, that review would be even worse than this one so ill leave it at that!

I was al little disappointed that they've discontinued malt, but the shakes were good. The soft pretzel was outstanding.

Ordered off the app. All the food was was correct but all of it was also cold, not even warm, just cold. My drink had no ice in at all. I thought being under new management it would be better. We haven't eaten here is a year or so. Thoughtwe would give it another try, big mistake.

Stopped for a large drink. Ordered and paid with my debit card. 10 minutes after I ordered, "Crystal is on her way with your order" came across the screen. The parking lot cleared out. After 5 more minutes, I pushed the red button. I was told by the man on the other end that he would see what happened. Several more minutes pass before I press the red button AGAIN. I requested my money back since I was now going to be late for work. About 3 minutes later, Crystal appears with my drink... which was flat.Something needs to give here! I understand orders are delivered in the order they are taken. I expect that. But when the parking lot cleared out while I was waiting, including people who pulled in after me, there's an issue. Maybe they need better employees or new management. But waiting nearly 30 minutes for a drink is RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

The other one in town is better. Pulled into lot and immediately saw at least 10 of the stalls were blocked off. Pulled into one of the open stalls and the menu board wasn't working, so we couldn't order. They forgot one piece of the order and we had to wait for it. Ordered an Oreo blast and got the correct size cup, but it was only halfway filled. Love Sonic in general, but won't go back to this one. Save your money and go to the Pal's that is 200 feet further down the street, or to the other Sonic in Morristown.

This Sonic is probably the worst restaurant in Morristown. You can't even go through the drive thru without being told to wait (even if there are no other cars) and sit there for almost 6 or 7 minutes without being able to order. I understand it happens from time to time for unknown reasons but after the 3rd time. I'm done. Do better. Hire more people if that's the case or fire the ones that are making you all look bad.

I just want to make sure everyone is aware of Kirstin at the west a.j. Location morristown was FANTABULOUS!!! I just left a different location of sonic that was VERY RUDE to me and I a very frequent customer!!!! So I drove to the opposite side of town to place my order and was treated with respect and served with kindness and honored my order on my app!!!! Yes you will be my new location to serve my family!!! Customer service is so important and Kristin did a amazing job to bring me back thank you!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would have. Ordered one milkshake and waited for 25 minutes and it never came. Pushed the button again and they first tried to take another order and then said it would be out in a second. It never came out.
