“1st time doing to do pickup order through the app other night. Spent $65 plus $5 tip. Even though I asked if it was everything & she said yes. Missing 2 items. —I know I should’ve check it but I didn’t. Dining in is usually great; just make sure if ordered online, just to check it. 👍🏽“

“I don’t usually write reviews, but after the service we received tonight, I felt compelled to recognize someone who truly went above and beyond.
My family and I dined this evening, and ETHAN was our waiter. From beginning to end, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. It was a very busy evening, and although our food took a little longer than usual (which was completely understandable on Valentine’s Day), Ethan consistently checked in with us, kept us updated, made sure our drinks were refilled, and ensured we felt taken care of the entire time.
What stood out most was his positive attitude. Despite how busy it was, he never seemed overwhelmed or rushed. He remained friendly, patient, and accommodating throughout our visit.
Ethan made our dining experience a great one, and we truly appreciate his effort and dedication. He is a wonderful representation of your establishment.“

I loved how she refilled our drinks before we even had to ask. The cook done an awesome job on the food. It was delicious! I also like how it stays open 24 hours. Definitely will go back.“

“This Pals is has the most amazing employees. My aunt brings her dog Mocha and they go above and beyond when I buy him his sides of bacon. My mom and I go every morning to buy biscuit and gravy for my 18 month old. He won’t eat it from anywhere else. My mom’s favorite coffee in town is at Pals on West AJ Hwy in Morristown! So amazing!“

“When we arrived, we were met at the door by the manager. He did not smile the entire time he interacted with us. He almost acted as if it was a bother to try to find us a seat. The waiter made up for his being so unprofessional. The waiter was very attentive, smiled a lot and went out of his way to take care of us. I've been there many many times since they opened. The food was fair at best but the service we received from the waiter was excellent“

“Great food, service, everything as always. We were at the Morristown, TN location. Our server Wilson I think his name was, was great! He was on top of everything. He knew when the drinks were getting low & had a fresh one on time before we even asked! Food came out Hot, he was everywhere at once with great attitude. He's got a great work ethic & is going places. He deserves to be a shift leader or manager or something. We will definitely be back!“

“It had been quite some time since I had eaten at a Captain D's. Unfortunately, I remember it being much better food than what we received this most recent time. Food was cold and bland. I ordered the baked tilapia with baked potato and broccoli. The broccoli was overcooked and soggy, the potato wasn't done, and the fish had no taste. The rice was the best part. My husband and son ordered the fish and chips basket. It tasted better than my meal, imo. The only saving grace is there was a very kind lady working the register up front and that's the reason I gave as many stars as I did. She was very sweet and hospitable.
The dining room was clean. The only problem was there were no paper towels in either restroom. I can think of many other ways I wish I had used the $40+ that we paid for lunch for 3 people. Not worth it at all“

“Would've Given 5 ⭐'s but hated seeing almost a full house and only 2 waitresses on hand, one having to bartend at the same time! I seen a young lady who was the hostess sitting people and I seen a manager who was also only sitting people! But I got to give it to our waitress. She was the one who also had to bartend at the same time. She was very attentive and on top of our table refills at all times. I'd give her 10⭐'s wish I remembered her name. But if you go there you can't Miss her, She's the tall blonde with a Personality and Awesome Attitude ! Who may also be the bartender when ya go!“
