“Everyone that worked there was very nice. They treated me and my friend like we were family. The waitress made sure we were comfortable and didn't need for anything. My mom and I go every morning to buy biscuit and gravy for my 18 month old. He won’t eat it from anywhere else. My mom’s favorite coffee in town is at Pals on West AJ Hwy in Morristown! So amazing!“

“When we arrived, we were met at the door by the manager. He did not smile the entire time he interacted with us. He almost acted as if it was a bother to try to find us a seat. The waiter made up for his being so unprofessional. The waiter was very attentive, smiled a lot and went out of his way to take care of us. I've been there many many times since they opened. I would love to give a huge shout out to a very specific worker that has raised my standards! Her name is Jocelyn B! This was the BEST service I have ever received and I am 25 years old! You were an absolute rockstar! She made sure to tell me the deals that we're going on that I had no idea about, She made sure we had everything we need. She never forgot anything and never missed a beat! I also wanna give a shout out to whoever was cooking that night because the food was phenomenal. Perfect temperature. The restaurant was also beyond clean! Thank you so much for this amazing experience. This is the only Applebee's I will be going to! GO JOCELYN!💜8-13-2026💜“

“I will update this after I've dined in, but this review is solely based on a quick takeout order for two ribeye meals and a tenders meal. The person I dealt with at the bar was kind, helpful, and efficient.

The ribeye meals had a ribeye and baked potato that came with a little cup of sour cream, chives, bacon I believe.

The ribeye was maybe half inch or less thick, and cooked medium rare, but no real sear that I saw. The seasonings were muted, but that could be intended to focus on the flavor of the cut. It was okay. I'm a bit of a steak snob though so don't let my bland take on it ruin your experience.

The baked potato was great, foil wrapped, oiled and salted perfectly. I think the takeout container was too small to actually fit what they might normally put on it for dine in so they get a pass there.

The chicken tenders and fries my kid loved, so good job. He's picky with those.

I think we got a little mini wheat loaf or something with some whipped bitter, and that was fire. Loved it. N

Next time I go, I'll eat in and actually give a more thoughtful review, but this one is based on what I had available.“

“It had been quite some time since I had eaten at a Captain D's. Unfortunately, I remember it being much better food than what we received this most recent time. Food was cold and bland. I ordered the baked tilapia with baked potato and broccoli. The broccoli was overcooked and soggy, the potato wasn't done, and the fish had no taste. The rice was the best part. My husband and son ordered the fish and chips basket. It tasted better than my meal, imo. The only saving grace is there was a very kind lady working the register up front and that's the reason I gave as many stars as I did. She was very sweet and hospitable.
The dining room was clean. The only problem was there were no paper towels in either restroom. I can think of many other ways I wish I had used the $40+ that we paid for lunch for 3 people. Not worth it at all“

“Our server provided a great experience. They made us feel like we were regulars and made sure to double check our orders were correct before and during the time they were in the kitchen. Our drinks were never empty and our food was great. I wish I had caught the servers name but they had piercings, long hair, and he smelled amazing. If every server is like that then you will have a wonderful experience. :D“
