“The only negative I have is I can’t give more than 5 stars. From start to finish this was a great time. We were waiting and Rex at the bar served us some beers to wait. I gave him a hard time and he rolled with it and the other two female bartenders joined in. Nicki the waitress was great in talking to us about the menu and what we wanted. I have two daughters and the friends we were with had two kids of their own. Someone gave them a hard time being silly playing with some provided games. Turns out he was the owner and he was extremely welcoming of them being there and playing the games. From start to finish an A+ experience. We had to wait around 20 to 30 min. Not sure of the time because we had a beer while the kids played and it wasn’t an inconvenience. As a father who takes his kids everywhere and worries about if they are being a bother, this isn’t the place. They were amazing from start to finish. Thank you MadOx for being an awesome venue with an awesome staff. Except for Rex, he is a nerd, just joking!Kid-friendliness: Above and beyond friendly with our kids.“
“We had not heard of hungry howies pizza until moving to jefferson city 3 years ago. We gave it a try and fell in love. Great virety of pizzas, doughless pizza bowls, subs, salads and deserts. Great selection of different "howie breads" we normally pick up and everything is cooked perfect, until last night we had the order delivered to our home, the pizza was burnt, the delivery driver did not have the pizzas in a hot bag. I was at the e.r. and placed the order as I have the app. Ontop of the $4.99 delivery fee and $6 "surcharge" I added $5 as a tip. My husband did not know this, asked the woman if there was a tip, she looked at her phone then said no, so he gave her another $7. We will never do delivery again.“
“Great food and lots of it! First visit at this Gondoliers and very happy to see consistent and excellent food as is the case at other Gondoliers. We had the pizza and you can't go wrong with that! They also have amazing cakes for desert. Waitstaff was very friendly and excellent! We will be back!“
“Ordered a Hawaiian pizza today, and I am so disappointed with this pizza. By the time I got home with it, it had 4 pieces of pineapple on it and 8 Jalapeños a huge piece of fat that I have no idea where it came from. But yes not happy with what I Ordered, normally it's terrific. Everyone can have a bad day. $27.86 for a disappointment.“
“My friends and i came from out of town and this place was the best! The tea was as sweet as can be, just the way I like it. Our server was so kind and sweet to us I didn’t catch her name but she deserves all the praise. The food was absolutely delicious 10/10“
