“We were looking for place to eat when we walked by the restaurant. A beautiful very friendly young woman (Janelle) invited us to eat there. She told us about the menu etc. We were seated at a table by the river. The building was beautifully decorated and the candles added to the great ambiance. We started off with salad, meatballs and wings. We then sampled many different pizzas. You can also request the chef to make a custom pizza. We followed up with a sampling of dessert pizza. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.“

“Conveniently located pizzeria with great tasting food and friendly service.

The pizza is exactly what you want after a long hike at the Smokey Mountains or shopping in downtown. The Caeser salad and chicken Alfredo was also great food options we ordered along with the pizza. Sodas were a bit pricey but the local beer was a great bargain for a restaurant at $4 a bottle.

The dining area is quaint and the fireplace adds to the relaxing environment. There is also outdoor seating if it suits. No outside heaters were seen.

Our server Angela was a gem. Friendly smile and always attentive to any requests we had.

Parking: Parking is super difficult to find. If you are staying in the area it is worth a walk if nearby.

“This place was absolutely amazing!!! Best pizza we have ever had! service was excellent as well! the mozzarella sticks were great as well! We will absolutely be back soon!“

“We got this on our way to our cabin in Gatlinburg and it was DELICIOUS. we got a pepperoni pizza, garlic bread sticks and the buffalo garlic wings. Everything was hot and fresh. The last working the counter was so sweet. You gotta try the garlic dipping sauce too, it was so good!“

“We order delivery and had Blake bring it to our hotel. He was great. I sent him to the wrong address and he was so gracious in finding me to give it to me. He had a great smile and laughter. “We were in the mall and could smell the pizza from one of the higher levels. I ordered a small, 10-inch cheese pizza to share with my partner. In all honesty, we should have gotten some slices, because it would have been around the same price, and I think the slices would have technically been bigger. We placed our order and I paid with a card, which incurred a 4% credit card surcharge. We waited about ten minutes for our pizza. When it came out, it was piping hot and tasted really good! I almost wish I had gotten a larger size. The flavor was great and the crust was perfectly crispy and thin. The only potential "red flag" I noticed was that when we visited, two children were working. The person who took our order was a child, then I noticed another one in the kitchen. I understand this is a family business, and the children were super respectful, but it was something unique about this pizza place that I had not noticed in other places I have been to. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience here and would recommend stopping in.“

“Visited labor day weekend, The food was good, but a little too generic if that makes sense, nothing that made me jump for joy. The service was good for a large line, prices were a little steep which is why I deducted one star as well as overall food quality.

Worth the try though if you are in a pinch for a lunch, the slices are large big as mentioned in the name.“

“The NY style crust extreme pepperoni was pretty dang good. Nice and thin but still a good crunch and not too floppy. Made to order so we had to wait but it was worth it. I ate 2 pieces and was stuffed. I highly recommend. Very little seating though so plan ahead.“

“It was my daughters birthday and she wanted Cicis pizza. The staff was very nice and friendly with my kids. I must say this was one of the cleanest Cici's pizza I've been in to date. The pizza is pretty good and the girl working was willing to make any style we wanted. She made my daughter a dutch apple dessert pizza. The supreme pizza I ate was really good. I'd say my daughter was very satisfied with her birthday pick. I would definitely recommend this location. Much better than the Pigeon Forge location. Great staff, clean and good pizza.“
