“I was on the hunt for coffee before we stared out day in Gatlinburg. My husband found this shop tucked away in a corner so I gave it a go. The iced Raspberry Mocha was delicious and just what I needed. Customer service was amazing and the coffee was made quickly. Be sure to check them out when you visit.“

“The food is absolutely fantastic!! The staff are very friendly. The owner even shared a few gluten free secrets with my wife. I had the chicken salad and our party shared a giant pretzel. This was the most memorable dining experience I can remember in quite a long time. Nothing fancy here but who needs it when everything is done perfectly. I’m glad there aren’t a thousand people out there door but there should be.“

“Absolutely amazing! Our group of 10 had burgers, chicken sandwiches, mini corn dogs, fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings and a salad. The sign on the door asks for patience due to employee training, the time was actually super short! The food was fresh and delicious. Seriously the best burger I’ve ever ate and those crunchy onion rings are to out of this world. All of the employees were super nice. 10/10 recommend!“

“All in all the food was really good. I didnt care for the macaroni and cheese but everything else was very good! The apple fritters and apple butter was absolutely delicious. So was the drink they gave us at the beginning of the meal. (I cant remember the name of it.) We will definitely go back when we are in the area again.“

“Service was horrible . You weren’t busy had to ask 3 times for water. Cop an attitude. The host is in the wrong location . She can’t see people walking in. Even when they did she never went around to greet customers. She was on her on phone .“

“My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.“

“I went here for dinner and let me tell you about how great the good is. Started off with the spinach artichoke dip and the flavor was so damn good! I got the ribeye steak and it paired very well with the moonshine margarita (highly recommend). They were pretty busy and the service was excellent. Not once did I have to ask for anything.“

“Our experience was awesome! My wife is an ICU Nurse and very sensitive to indoor dining no matter how many precautions are taking by the establishment. I was told the outdoor dining had been closed for the season. After a brief explanation to my wife’s story, Kristin offered to seat us outdoors and offered incredible service. She is a true asset to your organization. We will surely be back! Please be sure your staff (Kristin) knows our appreciation. Thanks again for a job well done! Jamie Weatherford“
