“Super good food. Great place to have breakfast every morning if you're within 25ish minutes.Dietary restrictions: My wife has a gluten allergy, and frankly this is one of the most conscious restaurants with a simple, yet full and comprehensive gluten free menu. Most of their menu items are gluten free.“
“Clean, quiet, beautifully decorated and the music was kind of fun too! The food was good except that my vegetables had black charr in them which spread to the rice through the oil. There was a light sauce on everything but it seemed like the grill oil must be reused multiple times which ruined the flavor of the delicate sauce.“
“Probably my favorite place to eat in Sylva besides Josh's Backstreet Takeout. Love their Caesar wraps and grilled chicken sandwich, and weekly wing flavor specials that are always A++ (got the pineapple wings on a whim this week and was surprised at how good they were). Good quality wing in and of itself which is a must for a place that serves wings. Only a few times did I get a super small portion or had part of my order missing or wrong. They are nice, just double check your order before you leave if ordering takeout!“
“This place reminded me of a Hallmark coffee shop in a small town. They have a drive-thru but highly recommend going in. The owners/staff are so personable and hospitable. Oh and most importantly, the coffee was great. They also have oat milk, almond milk, etc which was clutch. They offered to help me kids decorate cookies and was truly adorable.“
“My husband and I were out in a ride and poked out head into this quaint health store. I had a question about a supplement, which turned into a wonderful informative conversation. Kathy is knowledgeable, informed, and kind. She is opened minded and gave a lot of helpful suggestions about a variety of topics. She is easy to talk to extremely helpful. Will definitely be back, as well will purchase online with her store! Thank you! ~ Jen and Russell“
“I’ve only gone here twice but everytime I go I love it. I get a “winner winner chicken dinner” sandwich, it’s amazing. I believe it’s 13$. Everyone is very nice and calm. They don’t bother you or anything. They are very patient and the music/atmosphere in general is so “
“Finally made it to River and Rails and I have been wanting to try this place for awhile. We walked in on a Saturday afternoon around 12:30PM. We did have to wait for a bit for someone to notice us and take us to be seated. We picked to sit outside and didn't have anyone to come to us in about 10 minutes plus we were getting a little cold so we came back inside to sit. Of course had to get some drinks. I went with the 120 House Margarita which was pretty good and at $10 not bad. The bar was backed up so did take a little for drinks but our waitress did give us a heads up. Would for sure some here to watch a game since they have a lot of drink options plus cheap drinks like $2 Busch Light and $3 PBR Tall Boys. I will say the menu is loaded with amazing sounding options. They had all day Brunch options that sounded great then bar and Southern food too. They had a soup of the day which I had to try which was Cajun Clam Chowder. It was great! Great flavor and spices, full of clams and was the perfect consistency . Not to thick like many chowders I have had. I took awhile to make a decision but I ended up going with the Country Catfish & Grits which I got Cajun Cornmeal Fried (Blackened is also an option) which is topped with Cajun Cream Sauce. Of course sign me up. Our food came out and it looked great. Large piece of fish, rich Cream Sauce, Cheesy Jalapeno Grits, and with my Greens on the side. This was great and I would for sure get it again. They even make there own hot sauce which I loved too. Everyone we were with also enjoyed there food since everything was delicious. The only reason for 4 and 5 five stars was due to the service which again wasn't bad just a little slow. We will for sure be back maybe for some drinks and great food.“
“We just loved LuLus. When you walk in you're in this relaxed but bustling main dining area with a cosmic light up petite bar area with a handful of stools and an airy feel. We passed on indoor dining and headed out to the back deck which was open aired and quite quiet. The food was so good, just wish we couldve tried more We quickly agreed to share the fried green tomatoes and Trout po' boy, and Wow did it deliver. We got the Trout loaded with fries and rings and it was Very fresh and the FGT were out of this world. I Cant wait to revisit this Gem in Sylva when I'm back in town. Great Ambiance, with prompt and friendly serviceDon't miss out!“
