We were given a wait time but ended up being seated well before. The waiter was very nice and attentive without hovering. I couldn’t decide between sweet or savory so I got the corn beef hash skillet with over easy eggs and two pancakes. Perfection. Will definitely plan a trip to Flapjacks next time we’re in Gatlinburg!
Warm and friendly place to eat breakfast! Lacie (our server) was amazing! She knows how to make you feel welcome and cared for! The food was delicious! You should definitely try the fritters!

Nice and friendly staff. Atmosphere was kid friendly. Pancakes were good! Eggs needed some seasoning but of course salt and black pepper is available! No overall complaints. Our server Will was great and made sure he attended to our needs.
