“This hidden gem became my family's favorite instantly! First off you get to decorate your dollar and hang it on the wall...it has the most beautiful fireplace that makes you want to turn it on in July...but then you have Grandma and Uncle and Grand daughter and sister in law and they make this place more than a restaurant but an experience! We ate there 3 times during our stay and we will always come back. Highly recommend the Seafood Gumbo, crawfish etoufee, jambalaya, crab cakes, the Cajun burger po boy....all of it is amazing!“

“We had dinner at Howard’s last night (8-13). We had a beautiful table over looking the water. Our waitress was great. I wish I had remembered her name but was she was from Romania. We were a party of 4, 3 had the ribeye and 1 the filet. All were cooked perfectly. It was a nice way to celebrate my partners birthday! Thanks again for a nice evening!“

“What a fun experience. The place was super busy, but after a short wait, we were able to belly up to the bar and start our taste testing. Our bar tender was awesome. Super friendly and a barrel of laughs. We loved all the great samples, and they had a great deal going on, so we came home with plenty to drink. If you visit all 3 locations and get a stamp, you get a free T-shirt. We will definitely come back for another visit..“

Doug was awesome and more than made up for the lack of service and rudeness experienced at the previous cider company. “This is still a really good place and the price is good for feeding a family in a tourist area. I just feel like the food changed from last year when we stopped in. The huevos rancheros used to come in a skillet, this time it was on a plate and wasn’t as good as I remember. However, the pancakes were still amazing!“

“I was on the hunt for coffee before we stared out day in Gatlinburg. My husband found this shop tucked away in a corner so I gave it a go. The iced Raspberry Mocha was delicious and just what I needed. Customer service was amazing and the coffee was made quickly. Be sure to check them out when you visit.“

“We enjoyed the Sky Cafe the touchscreen self-service that they had was challenging especially the sun was bright and we couldn't read the menu very well and that's the only way you can order food we got the chicken tenders and fries for the kids they were okay overall it's not bad they have beer wine and other stuff but you can't beat that million dollar View“

“They were slammed with a group of 50 people just before we arrived so it took a bit to get seated and get our food. Caleb was excellent but you could tell he was just overwhelmed. However he was super apologetic and kept up the best he could. Food is worth the wait!“

“I went to this hotel twice within a two month span. First time for a weekend getaway and second time for my family Summer vacation. This place is great. The rooms are very well kept and the beds are so comfortable! They also have a wonderful pool with a hot tub, kiddy pool and a waterslide. I would recommend going to the restaurant with the bar at this hotel. My family and I got dinner from there the first night and it was delicious! The wait staff is amazing and extremely friendly. But the one thing that set this place above the rest for me was them taking my meat allergy seriously! When my family and I had breakfast there the first day I was very concerned on cross contamination with the buffet-style breakfast. My mother went to ask the chef cooking omelettes if there is anything I could eat (besides the pastries, cereal and fruit) that would not interfere with my allergy. The chef, Edward, went above and beyond to make sure that I could have some of the menu items by cleaning the grill and putting on clean gloves each time I wanted a certain food. I definitely recommend The Park Vista!“

“Not entirely authentic, but the food was still okay and seasoned. Dinner came with complementary chips and salsa. We were surprised that almost all menu items defaulted to using flour tortillas, but requesting corn tortillas was not an issue as the restaurant was very accommodating =). The little sweet corn masa on the side was a new thing to us and it ended up being good and not too sweet. If I had to compare it to someone who has never had this, I would say it is similar to moist cornbread with sweet corn.“

“We didn't know what we were planning on eating today after shopping. The guy at the corner said best steak in Tennessee. After we shopped and was walking back to our hotel we decided to give it a try. I am disabled and walk with a cane so we did the drive incline and a few steps. We got seated and Stone was there to get our drink orders. I always choose a sirloin but, none on the menu, Stone provided his top 3 with his favorite being minion. We went with that and was not led wrong very good meal, good price and wonderful service,“
