Everything was great. The mac and cheese (side) was a little bland/under seasoned but its probably because they use it as a base for the other mac dishes. Everyrhing else was delicious and service was great!
We are passing through and stopped for dinner. The staff were all super kind and we all enjoyed our food. We enjoyed the chill vibe of the patio also.
They were slammed with a group of 50 people just before we arrived so it took a bit to get seated and get our food. Caleb was excellent but you could tell he was just overwhelmed. However he was super apologetic and kept up the best he could. Food is worth the wait!

Jimmy's Smokehouse & Pizza Joint is a fantastic restaurant in the Gatlinburg area, considered by some to be the absolute best. The atmosphere is enjoyable, with live music and a dog-friendly policy. The food is amazing and phenomenal, featuring fantastic pizza and wings. Specific standout items include the top notch Bigfoot pizza, the spicy brimstone wings with a ton of flavor, the loved yardbird sandwich, and delicious cake. The mac n cheese is also a hit, though some note it could have more salt or cheese. Portion sizes are good and prices are fair, including lunch specials.
Service is generally prompt and courteous, with very pleasant servers, though the restaurant can sometimes be understaffed. Take-out and online orders are reported to be hot and fast. The location is great, with shops nearby to explore after a meal. It is highly recommended as a regular stop and a place to visit again.
