“This was the best dining experience we've had in a very long time. Ancuta is the epitome of excellent service. The Spinache dip was delightful, the French Onion soup was incredible, and not to mention the Bloody Mary was probably the best I've ever had. We ordered the Steak for Two. They actually let the flavor of the beef carry the dish. There's not a lot of unnecessary seasoning because it is exceptional quality beef. If you're debating where to dine while in Gatlinburg, go to Howards. It will totally be worth it.“

“This was our first time here and we were celebrating a birthday so decided it was a good place to celebrate. At first we weren't sure we were on the correct road as it looked residential but then there it was. The complimentary cornbread appetizer was delicious! The Filet was melt in your mouth Perfect! I got it Medium and it was cooked perfect! Some places you have to say Med Rare to get it like Medium or they cook it too long, but it was perfect and delicious! It came with soup or salad and I got the Tomato Goat Cheese Basil Soup and it was very good. One of us got the Duck and got it Medium Rare as suggested, and it had a great flavor but was way too tough which was disappointing. Someone got the chicken and it was tough. The asparagus was not cooked long enough. Sweet potatoes and Sweet tea were great! The service was Awesome, he was wonderful! Nice ambiance! We will be back for the steak for sure!“

“When we walked in, the host was literally asleep. After I knocked on the host stand he popped his head up and seemed a little... oh I don't know, high maybe? He was wearing a badge that said "Manager" on it. So his nap time was interesting. He was also smoking right outside of the front door entrance. The food and drinks were awesome though. And our waitress was very friendly. I'd certainly give this place another try!“

“The staff were very nice and eager to help out! The food wad delicious and I had one of the best burgers I've ever had! The pretzel appetizer dish was amazing! The bathrooms were very clean too!!Vegetarian options: There were plenty of options that were vegetarian and vegen.Kid-friendliness: There was not a kids menu or an extra on the menu that was for kids. You would do good to order one meal and split it if you have multiple kids.Wheelchair accessibility: To get up to the diner was a long staircase so definitely not wheelchair accessible.Dietary restrictions: Not very much stuff for dieting and everything was american size big.“

“This was our first time going to Anakeesta Saturday, March 16, 2023. We got hungry and came to your restaurant. It was ten of us. We all didn’t sit together but very close to each other. We all had a waitress name Joni. She was AMAZING! She really took very good care of us. She made sure we had everything we needed plus her wonderful hospitality to make our meal enjoyable. The manager even came by after our meal to make sure we were enjoying our stay and we had fun with him as well. My husband was teasing him and told him he thought the person who brought his food left with some of his fries. A few minutes later the manager came by and slid my husband some hot fries and told my husband he don’t like when people mess with his fries either. We all started laughing so loud.NO ONE out of our group had anything but nice things to say about how good the food was and the service. I would definitely come back again. I had the campfire trout, which I thoroughly enjoyed. My hubby and a few others raved about their Mt. Leconte, another at our table enjoyed the shuck chicken and some others raved about the bison burgers. If I come back to the park again, I would definitely come back to this restaurant.“
