“This was the best restaurant in the casino. We loved the pepperoni pizza pops. I rolled the dice with the ribeye steak and I loved the flavor. The steak was a little tough for a ribeye, but the flavor made up for it. Great flavors, loved seeing the chefs interacting with the customers.“
“Love going and listening to the music and the atmosphere is always fabulous and the staff is always friendly and we will keep going back. They have great bands that play and my personal favorite is Rock Holler. They don't serve food but don't have a problem with you bringing food in. My favorite drink at Unplugged is their mudlside....“

“Amazing tasting food! There’s a ton of vegan and vegetarian options to choose from and they all taste great. The tempeh burger is the best! And fries are good too. We also got noodles and the taste was nice. Lots of different types of cuisine.Vegetarian options: Tempeh, tofu, noodles, fries,Dietary restrictions: Vegan“

“Totally excellent food. I got the double cheeseburger with bacon and jalapenos with barbecue sauce, can't remember the name of it on the menu, and a double order of fries. Only $24, would have spent that at McDonald's or Burger King or Hardee's and not got as good a burger or fries.“

“The Cut is a whole vibe and I love everything about it! They are very strict on IDs so even if you are 60+ you will get need to bring your ID to get in. There is a great bar with bartenders that can make all kinds of drinks even create something based on your preferences. We usually sit at the bar but there are some tables to sit at and a whole room in the back that is great for bigger groups. This past time we snagged some spring rolls just to try the food and they were good for a bar, one day I will try more of the food.“

“It was fantastic to revisit after such a long time since the last time I was there. As always, the slice and knots hit the spot!!Vegetarian options: A wide variety of veggie & vegan ingredients.Parking: It's always a tight squeeze & navigating the lot is almost always tricky.Kid-friendliness: With both inside & covered porch seating options, being able to occupy time watching the comings & goings of the trains at the Great Smoky Mountains Railway is such a plus for kids young & oldWheelchair accessibility: The gravel lot is challenging, but the access ramp is plenty wide.“

“Too bad they don't have more stars! This "Dining Room" is a five-star restaurant. The food is unbelievable. The service is impeccable. The atmosphere must be experienced to be believed. They are always fully booked. From the salad and soup to the dessert, nothing is second class. Top notch all the way. The owners are on site and make sure that every expectation is met. The Inn is quaint, the dining room cozy and comfortable. In the fall, the views are breath-taking.Parking: Just enough room for the clientele. Every parking spot is close to the entrance.“

“We were there in February 2023. We found this way after a long trip to the food court which was closed! After being disappointed the food court was closed the Strikes Lounge more than made up for that. The beer cost less than inside the casino and super close to the areas we were playing in AND you can take your beer from there to the casino. The food we had was hot tasty and very inexpensive. Our server was so personable and checked in on us every time she was walked by (which was very often). We were well cared for and tipped very well. This is now our go to for beers and food.“
