“Absolutely loved this place! The service here is top-notch — the staff is super friendly, quick, and always making sure everything is perfect. The atmosphere is amazing with great vibes and a comfortable setup to enjoy drinks with friends. This has definitely become one of my favorite spots to relax and have a good time. “My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.“

“Loved the atmosphere while we stayed at the hotel. Honestly made the hotel stay enjoyable. Hotel staff was terrible. The bartenders made up for it. Would stay here again only for the location and the bar/food at casual pint.“

“Waitress should have repeated the order back as she hear one of the orders wrong. The 13 year old ordered chicken stripes and she heard chicken parmesan. The fact she thought coming back to the table to say she heard chicken parm after the order was delivered and we sent it back, is reason I'm even leaving a review.

However, the food was outstanding. We will be back and we will request that the order is repeated back to us. The decor was nice too.“

“Booked last minute and loved the theme and vibe. Clean, comfortable beds with a working ac. It's right on the strip so you do get some noise but it's expected and very minimal. I also loved that it is wheelchair/handicap accessible. The room we were on was a different floor and you got up to it by going up a ramp. I thought that was neat. The pool looked inviting and I loved the lounge chairs, I'll have to bring my swim suit next time. The free pancake breakfast was also nice. Hoping to stay here again later this year. I will say the hill makes me anxious but it's worth it.“

“We loved the view of the West Prong Little Pigeon River from the balcony room! This was our first experience staying at a Tapestry Collection by Hilton location and we were impressed with how they truly made it feel like a mountain lodge. Next time we travel we’ll definitely be checking to see if there’s a Tapestry Collection location along the way!“

“Our experience was awesome! My wife is an ICU Nurse and very sensitive to indoor dining no matter how many precautions are taking by the establishment. I was told the outdoor dining had been closed for the season. After a brief explanation to my wife’s story, Kristin offered to seat us outdoors and offered incredible service.
