The menu is a creative French-Mexican fusion that’s bold, thoughtful, and incredibly well executed. It’s also refreshingly gluten-friendly, with plenty of options that don’t feel like compromises.
Chef Jose Alvarez is doing something special here—the food genuinely rivals some of the best meals I’ve had in Los Angeles.

This place is nothing like anything in the Smokies. We took the family to get here and it’s Latin cuisine with a few tasty twists. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. It is attached to the Wayback hotel which is across from the Island. Great food option while you are in Pigeon Forge area.
While looking for something unique from the chains, we stumbled upon Paloma and were pleasantly surprised. True fine dining in a warm atmosphere. I can't wait to make it back the next time we visit Pigeon Forge!
