Paloma Scratch Kitchen offers a memorable dining experience with fresh, skillfully prepared dishes that emphasize quality ingredients. The menu features delicious items such as barbacoa Benedict, chips and guac, ribs, and oxtail, which are highly recommended. Visitors often praise the drinks, especially the Blood Marys, and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for fun gatherings like bachelorette brunches. The restaurant's space is beautiful, creating a welcoming environment, although service can sometimes be slow and unorganized. Despite this, the attentive staff and flavorful food make it a popular choice. The food and drinks are often described as incredible, with favorites including oxtail tacos, pork belly, and the oxtail entree over mashed corn. The chips and salsa/guacamole trio are generous and tasty, and the cocktails are superb. Overall, Paloma Scratch Kitchen provides a unique and satisfying dining experience that keeps guests coming back, even if the service occasionally feels unprepared.
