“If you’re near Paloma Scratch Kitchen, go—even if you’re not staying at The Wayback Hotel, Pigeon Forge. This is a destination restaurant. The menu is a creative French-Mexican fusion that’s bold, thoughtful, and incredibly well executed. It’s also refreshingly gluten-friendly, with plenty of options that don’t feel like compromises. Chef Jose Alvarez is doing something special here—the food genuinely rivals some of the best meals I’ve had in Los Angeles. Stylish vibe, standout flavors, and absolutely worth going out of your way for.“

“My family and I wanted Mexican for dinner when we visited Pigeon Forge. We had Francis as a server, and he made the meal! He's so polite and attentive, and you can tell he loves his job. I'll definitely be visiting again. The food was amazing, and so were the drinks.“
