We were surprised that almost all menu items defaulted to using flour tortillas, but requesting corn tortillas was not an issue as the restaurant was very accommodating =). The little sweet corn masa on the side was a new thing to us and it ended up being good and not too sweet. If I had to compare it to someone who has never had this, I would say it is similar to moist cornbread with sweet corn.“
