“We live in Indiana and stumbled onto The Funnel Factory by accident. Several years ago while on vacation. Was the most delicious and yummy thing I'd had in awhile. Usually on vacation sweets and deserts are a disappointment. Not this place. We were on our way home from visiting Bryson City for the weekend. We drove through Pigeon Forge on our way home. We stopped by The Funnel Factory, and was sad to find they had not opened yet. I seen Freddie through the door and knocked. He opened the door, and I told him my deep desire for a funnel cake. He made me 1 before he opened. He was such a polite and friendly soul. 5 stars for Freddie and The Funnel Factory.“

“Absolutely amazing! Our group of 10 had burgers, chicken sandwiches, mini corn dogs, fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings and a salad. The sign on the door asks for patience due to employee training, the time was actually super short! The food was fresh and delicious. Seriously the best burger I’ve ever ate and those crunchy onion rings are to out of this world. All of the employees were super nice. 10/10 recommend!“

“We came to the Lil Black Bear Cafe the last time we were in town and it was one of the few places that made a lasting impression. We are back in town and its better than I remember! “We stopped in to grab some breakfast and ordered a few things off of the sides menu, the breakfast tacos and the beignets. My boyfriend who ordered the breakfast tacos was unaware that the mango salsa that came on them had tomatoes and onions in it. He has a food sensitivity to onions and while trying to pick through the tacos to get them all out a waiter noticed he was unhappy with his meal and pulled our waitress, Mariah (hopefully this is the right name as it was the only name on our receipt), to the side to have her check on us. My boyfriend didn't want to cause a big fuss but she insisted that his food be replaced with something he would be happier eating. He ended up ordering an omelet, which he said was delicious. Mariah was super sweet and definitely knows how to take care of her customers. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. Our favorite thing that we ordered was the beignets. They were delicious. The grits are also super good. Thank you to the staff who took care of us today! Sorry we didn't catch all of your names but you were all very much appreciated!“

“Very well done dinner show! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! The food is pretty good but really we were there for the show! They’re also really great about food allergies/restrictions with options like gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian! The show itself was awesome and the animals all seemed to be taken care of very well!“

“The pork rinds are delicious!!! They actually fry them at the stand!!! The BBQ flavored ones were really good!!! Would definitely get them again if I was in the park! They are a great snack to ward off hunger!!! You can’t go wrong with these!!! Would recommend getting the souvenir bucket because it is refillable and that is a cheaper way to go!!! Enjoy some the next time you go by!!!“

“All the food was delicious. The kids loved the experience. I chose applesauce as their side and the portion was underwhelming, but the quality of the main courses was excellent. The game card for the kids was a nice touch. The quality and variety of the games in the arcade was so fun and entertaining. As an OT and mom I appreciate they have a nursing room and calming room for overstimulated kids (or adults!). Great addition to Pigeon Forge!“

“Bill was delightful! We came in close to closing (so sorry, we should have checked the time) and he was witty, had great banter and made the best drinks. Thank you to the kitchen staff who made our food while they were most likely shutting things down for the night. Greatly appreciated and it was delicious. 10/10“
