My husband and I went there recently on a trip. The food was excellent. We had fried chicken, fried chicken livers, and fried catfish. The white beans and Coleslaw were great. The price for lunch was very reasonable.
Absolutely delicious and very attentive waiters

Huck Finn's Catfish is a popular restaurant known for its variety of delicious food options. The all-you-can-eat catfish is a highlight, but many guests also enjoy the smaller portion choices, including fried chicken. The establishment is clean, and the sweet tea is a must-try. Guests are quickly served hush puppies, northern beans with ham, coleslaw, pickles, and onions, which are favorites among customers. The atmosphere feels cozy, like sitting on Grandpa's porch after a day of fishing. The food is fresh, hot, and often more than one person can eat in a single sitting. The viddles are simple and great, with free, all-you-can-eat bowls of beans and coleslaw, plus a plate of pickles and onions, and hush puppies. Many visitors appreciate the friendly service, noting that staff members make them feel like family. The decor features merchandise and shirts, enhancing the welcoming vibe. While there have been comments about pricing discrepancies, many still find the value good for the amount of food offered. Huck Finn's is often the first stop after checking into town, reflecting its popularity and high quality of service and food.
