Baskin-Robbins is a popular ice cream chain known for its wide variety of flavors. While the service is generally quick and friendly, some customers have noted that the ice cream can taste old or semi-soft, and the prices are considered high, with a single scoop costing nearly $7. However, those who love ice cream still find it a worthwhile treat.
