“Stopped in this little gem when we saw a post from A&R BBQ Food Truck that they were there today. We were craving some BBQ and a cold beer from a local brewery sounded great too. What a wonderful combo! So glad we stopped by. The staff there were so friendly and great atmosphere, even on a Saturday afternoon. Fantastic beer selection! And love the Pay It Forward board concept and the old school juke box in the corner. I can’t wait to come back.“

“My wife and I stopped by this afternoon for our first visit. If I could give them a 10 star review I would. We were greeted with huge smiles and a welcoming spirit from all the staff. Since we had never eaten there, I asked an employee for his recommendation and he turned out to be one of the managers named Trent. He was absolutely fabulous and kind and spoke to us for quite some time and made us feel like family instead of customers. He gave us solid recommendations and we tried the baby back ribs and smoked Turkey plates. The ribs were amazing to say the least but let me tell you about the smoked Turkey….it was banging. Best Turkey I’ve ever eaten. Hands down. The General Manager, Jeremy, also came and greeted us and told us about the restaurant and their philosophy, nothing frozen, and not even a microwave in the restaurant, everything is fresh made in house. He recommended the collards and macaroni and cheese. The collards were amazingly tender and just the right amount of spice, this was soul food level. Mac and Cheese, incredible. We acted like we had not eaten in a week and also got the potato salad and Cole slaw. The potato salad was like what I remember as a kid, a mustard based that made me smile. The cole slaw was a apple cider vinegar and sugar based and tasted like they made it just fresh just for us. And let’s don’t forget the cheese corn bread/biscuits that were moist and delicious. And I know that this is a long post and I’ve bragged on the food and how incredible it was but I will have to say, even as amazing as our meal was, the staff was even more amazing. We literally felt like we were the most valued customers because of the kindness and friendliness of the staff. 10 out of 10 experience all the way around. And we left with banana pudding and lemon meringue pie and it may be 2 days before I could possibly eat again. Thank you to Trent and Jeremy for a wonderful experience.“

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere makes you want to hang out all night—great lighting, good music, and a nice balance of lively without being too loud. Customer service is top-notch; every bartender and server treated us like regulars even though it was our first visit. Tim, the manager, is fantastic. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the staff and the guests, and that kind of leadership shows in the overall experience.“

“Long long wait on Valentine's night. But my sweet grandson wanted to have his birthday dinner there and we had reservations. The meal was great and the staff were amazing considering the busy night ...they controlled the crowded front area and they were sweet and professional thank you“

“I didn't try any food, but the draft wall is an experience. Found out I truly enjoy blood orange Bravazzi, which they have on tap and serve in a lovely round glass. I think I like the Maryville location a little bit better but they are both wonderful places to visit and take home a package or crawler of your favorite tasting from the day.“

I love the doggie menu they have for when you bring your pets! Outside seating and live music. AND it’s relatively cheap for the amount of food and how good it is!“

The italian soda had a very light flavor so we requested a few more pumps and that helped sweeten/flavor it up a bit, so if you’re wanting a super flavorful drink you may want to add more pumps/multiple flavors.“

“I am actually a bit saddened after today. I love this place and come here ALMOST daily for about two years, I had to delete my great review to create this one. Yesterday I ordered a hazelnut truffle mocha drink, about half way home I took my first drink and realized it was not hazelnut truffle but banana, after a couple more sips to make sure I wasn’t tripping I couldn’t take it and almost a whole coffee went down the drain. So today I went back, nicely let the guy know they messed my drink up and he didn’t offer to make it right, so I paid for my drink and that was that. After two years of being a loyal customer, not just me but also my husband and all his employees, I figured it would be a give in replace the drink they messed up, I’ve never once complained and actually this was the first time they got my drink wrong, so I was shocked by the lack of “let me make this right” mentality. Still love this place, but I think they outta make sure customers get what they paid for.“

“Great atmosphere, service is top notch. The house salsa is very good, ceviche was outstanding, this is a particular favorite of mine, so I am picky. The chicken soup was very tasty, and the tamale was great too. Would highly recommend this resturant. I am still sitting here as I post, swung when I saw this place on a whim. Glad I did!“
