“We’ve been going to “The Pint” for over a year now, at least weekly on Wednesdays to play trivia. The staff here is so friendly, including the owners and especially Taryn. They make you feel like it’s a place where everybody knows your name. The food is good, especially the flatbread and they change up their menu specials seasonally, which is fun!

“They have the best teriyaki-pineapple wings & lettuce wedge. So fresh! We weren’t a big fan of the gravy on the meatloaf or the salsa on the neyland nachos. We will def be back for more wings and wedge salad!!“

“This is a great local coffee shop that roasts it's own coffee on site.
The old building atmosphere fits perfectly. The food is good also. They also off a monthly tour of the roasting area. It was very informative (Thanks Matt). They partner with their suppliers in the country of origin to guarantee quality.“

“I placed a pickup order today and saw something that I’ve never seen before. I went to the pick-up window and an older lady was berating the manager. That being said, the manager Jen handled everything amazingly. She stayed calm and attempted to explain to the lady what was going on. Which fell on deaf ears. Jen was so friendly to me afterwards. My coffee was a 10/10 and so was my friends. The staff here did amazing!“

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The atmosphere makes you want to hang out all night—great lighting, good music, and a nice balance of lively without being too loud. Customer service is top-notch; every bartender and server treated us like regulars even though it was our first visit. Tim, the manager, is fantastic. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the staff and the guests, and that kind of leadership shows in the overall experience.“

“Ye Olde Steak House has once again given my wife Diana and me a dinner to remember. Last night was especially meaningful for us because we were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary. Every day feels special with her, but April 22nd is our official day, and we wanted to spend it somewhere that has always made us feel welcome and cared for. We have visited before, and every time we are treated like family, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. This visit was made even more special because of our server, Annie. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She checked on us often, made sure our drinks stayed full, made sure we had everything we needed, and took the time to have genuine conversation with us. She even took a picture for us so we could remember the occasion. What stood out most to me was how Annie helped make the whole evening feel personal and special. Seeing the smile on my wife’s face said it all, and that meant a lot to me. Since we were too full for dessert, Annie surprised us with a heart-shaped red velvet cake with icing to take home, which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. We will be enjoying that tonight. Ye Olde Steak House continues to be a place that feels like home, and because of Annie’s kindness and care, this anniversary dinner became even more memorable. “We visit Smoky Mountain Brewery frequently. It is one of our favorite places in Gatlinburg. The food is always great along with the service. We always eat in the bar because our favorite server is Oana from Romania. She always remembers what beer we drink and when she takes our order she never writes anything down which always amazes us. She is very attentive and always pleasant to talk to. One of the reasons we always enjoy our visits to the Brewery.“
