Smoky Mountain Brewery-Maryville

Unfortunately although the Gatlinburg location of this restaurant is great and some of the food is decent (typical pub food), our experience was very poor. A member of our party of 8 ordered something with rice. When the rest of the food was ready, we were finally informed there was no rice so he had to choose something else to order while everyone else was eating. Visited the Turkey Creek location and it was the worst! We waited for over 90 minutes from the time we entered the restaurant to when we received our food. It was cold and GREASY. There were only 10 tables with customers, the lunch rush was over. The bartender was busy talking to her friends. The male with the man bun was busy walking around and hanging out at the front door. Don't waste your money at any Smoky Mountain Brewery restaurants.

We visit Smoky Mountain Brewery frequently. It is one of our favorite places in Gatlinburg. The food is always great along with the service. We always eat in the bar because our favorite server is Oana from Romania. She always remembers what beer we drink and when she takes our order she never writes anything down which always amazes us. She is very attentive and always pleasant to talk to. One of the reasons we always enjoy our visits to the Brewery.
