I always have good experiences with Starbucks baristas, but the gentleman in the drive through today takes first place. He was upbeat and high energy. In reply to how are you, he responded “dandy”, he greeted me by name (because I paid with the app), he gave me a sample shot of the lavender matcha latte (which is very good), and as I drove away I heard him singing a little tune to himself. Coffee came out quick, but the pastry was horrible and not heated up. The cashier was did her job correctly. But as soon as I sat down to enjoy the lounge and start working. One of the workers started mopping at my feet? There was no communication to me, if I didn’t move my bags from off the ground he might’ve got them wet. I love to come and study at this location but I would appreciate if the staff could be a little more professional. there are lots of people who come to study and get work done but when there are employees having spurts of yelling, making cat noises, it can be very distracting.
