Takes awhile to get waited on even when employees standing at back looking at folks waiting to order

Asked for a crispy chicken biscuit on a soft biscuit, received my order, it was just a piece of chicken. No biscuit. The tea was sweet though. Service was okay, at least they werent rude at this location
The person at the windows seemed annoyed to be there and was not pleasant at all. He had a very poor demeanor. When he handed me back my card in receiI waited to see if he would say thank you or just anything. He didn't. The food was also cold.
