“Service was good, quick friendly. Food was cooked right and seasoned right. However for my $30 steak it came cold. It was cooked medium ans very tender and was served on a skillet but even the skillet was cool. I think it was cooked early and then left out not under a heat lamp. I don't like sending food back to be refired because I don't trust restraunts not to retaliate. Again it was seasoned well and very tender just cold. Also ordered fried mozerella sticks. Those were perfect. Seasoned crispy and even good reheated at home.”

“My husband and I drove our car up to ride the tail of the dragon. Before making the trip up I started looking for somewhere to stay and found Dragon City within easy driving distance of the Dragon! Phenomenal reviews that were absolutely spot on and I'm so thankful for that!! We stopped as we drove in and were immediately met with genuine hospitality! The burger and fries were scrumptious. I was looking forward to breakfast, but it wasn't in the cards for this trip. I'll definitely have a chance for our next stay and can't wait!! The room felt like home away from home! Tastefully decorated and the snack/coffee tray was much appreciated! The little touches you've implemented into your establishment have truly set you apart!”

This is exceptional customer service that you rarely find in places nowadays, especially in places that are as busy as Vienna.”

“Visiting town from PA and decided to stop in today to try this place out after a long morning of hiking and exploring Ijams Nature Center and Forks of the River up in South Knoxville. Shelly, the owner, was working, and I really enjoyed interacting with her and getting to chat a bit. I had a few questions, and she answered them thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I also got to meet her daughter, who was also there. I ordered a chocolate Elvis. This drink was chocolate, banana, and peanut butter. VERY refreshing on this hot day. I walked about 7 miles this morning and feel VERY rejuvenated now that I have just finished it! It restored me, and now I will probably go out for a run soon on the local town trail. Drink was $9.88. That is reasonable considering you would spend a couple dollars more at a place like Chipotle or Five Guys for a meal that was far less healthy and far less nourishing. Support local! I am proud to say I have tried to make it an effort to support local my whole trip here, and I hope you will, too, and will give Heritage Nutrition your business!”

I saw a picture and description of the Mexican pizza (included)and thought I would give it a try. it was far from either the pic or description. It was a sparse bed of lettuce with flour tortillas and a ton of unflavored ground meat and a little bit of cheese on a couple of pieces. It was missing the beans, guac, pico, jalapeno, sour cream, etc....taco bell mashed a much better one and it costs half the price. It was the worst I have ever eaten. I won't be back”
