I only give them 4 stars because of the inconsistency in price. I'll order the exact same thing for my and family and me, and 4 out of 5 times, the total price is different. I've asked staff about the differences in price, and they'll tell me that it's because of how the individual ring things up. You have to tell them you're ordering a tray (a.k.a. 'combo').
