Wanted to send a shoutout to Arby’s on 816 Foothills Drive. I love Arby’s and lately have enjoyed they’re Loaded Italian sub. Although every Arby’s I’ve been to have always been really good I have to hand it to this particular one. While they’re low in staff and can only have the drive thru open, it wasn’t a bad wait time (even though I don’t mind waiting). Anyways, the drive thru lady, Kimmie, was so courteous. Arby's serves excellent food, including their signature roast beef and baked potatoes. The food is good and nice and hot. They use real gyro meat cut right off the spit it rotates on. However, some customers have experienced issues with drive-thru service, including long wait times and missing items like Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce. Some orders are not fulfilled with the requested sauces or correct drinks.
