“I do recommend Cava and was only given the option to recommend or not recommend. BUT it would be helpful if they would post updated hours when closing early (which I have ran into on multiple occasions) to their website or social media platforms. There have also been occasions where they stopped online orders early and were out of ingredients when we went in store close to closing. But overall I do love having food from here. It is delicious and easy to pick up even until the 9 o’clock hour- usually.”

“First time going and I loved the scallop appetizer and the pork belly! I wanted the lamb and need to go back just for the lamb since they were out. I had the elk chops and they were good! I mainly ordered it for my husband since he couldn't decide between the two dishes and he enjoyed both! Im not a big meat eater but i did love the carrots and scallop potatoes! The service wasnt the best but wasnt the worse. He forgot to give my husbands friend his debit card back and forgot to add lemon to my water and give us utensils..so a little off. They were full but not crowded. Noisy but we can still hear ourselves talk. A little stuffy as the ventilation could have been better but overall I want to go back! Definitely to try the lamb!”

“We're visiting Knoxville and were looking for a nice Italian meal. This place didn't disappoint. We were greeted by friendly staff and got a few suggestions. We started with cheesy bread, perfection! The dough was good with a nice chewiness, lots of cheese and garlic. I had a ham calozone and it was cooked perfectly, that great dough, real ricotta cheese and seasoning, a nice robust marina on the side. My husband had the tortellini with meat sauce and garlic bread. The pasta was the perfect. We both had the recommended tiramasu, this is the star of the show. I have never tasted such wonderful food. We each had a fountain drink and all together was only $50. Service was phenomenal. I'm sad to go home because I know I have nothing close to the quality of this place. Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We'll be heading there again tomorrow for lunch so we can have it one more time before leaving Knoxville.”
