Crumbl offers a rotating selection of cookies each week, so customers have to keep coming back to see what the new favorite will be. The cookies are always amazing, and the employees have always been very kind. The service is second to none. Staff were very friendly and very nice about a special order pick up after a family emergency. One guest got a dirt and worm cookie for a birthday, a blend of chocolate and creamy, topped with two gummy worms, all chilled to perfection. Another first cookie experience was the lemon cupcake cookie, loved so much that about a dozen people were turned on to it. A suggestion is to stick with the cookies and leave out the pies, cakes, and brownies.
